    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

    @SkyHelpTeam The data connection works fine when I’m at home and not connected to WiFi. It just seems to be when I’m at work in a completely different area and I went miles away from home yesterday and I couldn’t use data connection even though I had a decent signal

    @ThomQ23 @SkySports @KP24 The IPL would have dwarfed any T20 competition the ECB would’ve made because they throw loads of money at it due to the sports popularity there. It will be the same with the Hundred. I’m just saying while KP had influence, you can’t put the success in LTD overs down to him
