@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis So sky I appreciate the times we are in means you are on a reduced customer contact however your happy to let me speak to an agent when I ordered a new phone but I can’t talk to anyone about changing my TV and BB contract 🤔

@steeleyp_ @SkyHelpTeam Get the advice but we can call wonder like cattle into the process and bow our heads like little victims but if every unhappy customer says ‘no’ this is not good enough, a process or policy can be reviewed and revised to take into account a nailed on outcome. @bt_uk @SkyHelpTeam don’t know what is most annoying that we keeping losing broadband that’s supplied via a BT line - yet we pay through Sky or that Sky go umm 🤔 all fine can’t see an issue yet it’s all over social media.. so who’s going to refund me 2 nights of loss of service

@SkyUK when you try to sit and watch your Sky Glass TV and every night it freezes then says Technical fault please try again later. Everynight turning off only to get the same error message. This needs to improve or its going back. Really poor.
