    @SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

    @MickDennisReal As much as I appreciate @SkySports red button matches, the poor quality camerawork, lack of replays and appalling commentary means that iFollow is always a better bet. Despite my enormous sky bill !

    @SkyHelpTeam hi just got text to say my broadband is fixed but it’s not 😡 had problems for a few days now earlier bt van working in box outside my house any ideas how long it will be down

    @OmegaLuke @Quarterb4ckPunk @SkyHelpTeam When I had a problem with my speeds and the areas where my Internet didn't cover they did straight away. I don't understand why they are saying its resolved when you haven't go the speed they are saying you have got 🙄🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reassurance. The engineers who were out seemed to have an issue with the way sky dish is on the building. its been there for 8+ years with other engineers been out in years past the dish has never been moved so can't see how its now a prob.extremely disappointing.

    @EE is there an issue going on in Taplow? Data goes on and off... and @SkyUK broadband is already down (and tbh is not good speed), so we are kinda incommunicado from the world.. also we work with internet so imagine what a day we're having...
