@SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

@SkyHelpTeam Already did that (2nd screenshot is with my landline obscured so that I’m not telling the entire world my phone number). It’s been terrible for weeks now, and the engineer booking schedule is a joke - minimum 2 weeks for an appointment!

@SkySports Isn't it a contradiction to base a decision on the player and not the actual tackle itself. We all feel for Harvey the way he landed was awful but the matter remains that the decision has not been based on the tackle. All decisions should be made on the tackle !?

@SkyHelpTeam Inconvenience is one thing. This prevents working from home effectively in what is an ongoing pandemic. My peak speed has never been above you guaranteed minimum since I moved house, at which time you downgraded me and charged me the same as before. It’s unacceptable.
