@MickDennisReal As much as I appreciate @SkySports red button matches, the poor quality camerawork, lack of replays and appalling commentary means that iFollow is always a better bet. Despite my enormous sky bill !

@SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

@SkyHelpTeam called up to cancel home move that as scheduled for today. Was told it had been cancelled. Woke up this morning and Internet and TV are both off. Checked my account online and it was never cancelled. So how am I to work from home today??

@SkyHelpTeam I have done that several times. The only time I got a response was when I sent a complaint to CISAS. Sky called me immediately the next day, they couldn't apologise enough, and they talked about compensation I was due and how they were going to rectify it etc. And then, nothing.
