    @SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis So sky I appreciate the times we are in means you are on a reduced customer contact however your happy to let me speak to an agent when I ordered a new phone but I can’t talk to anyone about changing my TV and BB contract 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam Nonsense. You aren't open at 12-1am, as a phonecall at that time confirmed. So no help with diagnostics available. Also your colleagues contradicted each other. 1 said outage, other said not. Which is it?

    @SkyHelpTeam We haven’t even got started yet let alone had the chance to be loyal. We are new customers. We’re supposed to have had our bill refunded too but it’s only been partially done. I wish we could just talk to someone higher up that would just fix the problems

    I don’t know if im the only man United fan but I really don’t care about the “de jong is 90% coming” or “man United officials have gone to Amsterdam to complete the move”. You never know what is true or not besides a few sources such as @sistoney67 @FabrizioRomano and @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam I think you’ve misunderstood my question. Sky is aware there is a problem and have sent messages to confirm the fact and that they are working on fixing it. I asked if there was an update regarding how much longer we will be without internet as jobs are dependent on a connection

    @SkyHelpTeam You emailed me about a problem with a broadband order. Called the number provided 4 times but got cut off each time. I tried to speak to someone else, they hung up on me. It is quite urgent that broadband is installed on the planned date. How can I speak to someone?
