@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis So sky I appreciate the times we are in means you are on a reduced customer contact however your happy to let me speak to an agent when I ordered a new phone but I can’t talk to anyone about changing my TV and BB contract 🤔

@paulp_123 @Jesanchez3 @SkySports The issue isn’t their spending. The issue is keeping up with people who cheat and break the rules. I know they are not perfect, not by a long shot. But at least they are not gaming the system.

@SkyHelpTeam our broadband has dropped out 12 times in the last hour PO2 area. Can only check status when it's up and get all green ticks at that point . Can't find anyway to report the issue.

@SkyUK I am a sky provider and I have sky network and paying too much why pay Stream when paying too much my phone my network work doesn’t work properly no signal for hours and hours. My daughter suggested go for Amazon they are more cheaper than your sky

So @SkyUK can increase prices mid contract, but if I want to cancel mid contract I’ll be hit with charges. That’s fair & reasonable🤔
