    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis So sky I appreciate the times we are in means you are on a reduced customer contact however your happy to let me speak to an agent when I ordered a new phone but I can’t talk to anyone about changing my TV and BB contract 🤔

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes from wireless devices. I called and they can’t upgrade but are sending me a newer hub with speed guarantee. So hopefully that will help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I quite knew I couldn't expect any kind of support from your end. The homemove team had given me this frame 20 days ago as well. Didn't think it would take 40-45 days just to get wifi up and running in my house

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello furthermore to this I can see you've sent me a letter which increases my bills by £5.50 in April. However it states I can cancel sky broadband if in minimum term does this apply to boost? Of all sky broadband superfast?
