@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

@SkyHelpTeam I will DM you, but I was using the phone in the UK, but it transpires that even on Airplane Mode, it’s making a call over the Wi-Fi network, even if not your own network, you may still be charged for the call if it’s outside your plan, which a lot of people won’t realise.

@SkyHelpTeam Is there intermittent issues in SO30 4FQ area. The internet light keeps flashing yellow and then the internet comes back on 5 minutes later. Has happened 4 times in the last hour.
