@SkyUK by internet has been down since the morning. You keep sending me texts that there is an outage and give me a link to check status. When you use the link it says no problems in the area!

@MickDennisReal As much as I appreciate @SkySports red button matches, the poor quality camerawork, lack of replays and appalling commentary means that iFollow is always a better bet. Despite my enormous sky bill !

@SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

@claudelittner @SkyUK I got rid of Sky years ago when they kept hiking the prices up and only when you try and cancel do they magically offer you bargain prices: I said too little too late. I can get Netflix, Amazon & Discovery + for less than Sky and it’s much better content.

@claudelittner @SkyUK Same was a customer for years but terminated this week and off to BT for half the price....my contract was due up in June so thankfully hadn't renewed yet, get price increases but this one from sky is outrageous
