5 internet speed test all average about 9MBs. Sky speed test. "No problem brother all is well 16MBs" @SkyHelpTeam re set box moved it done everything it says online. Paying for Superfast broadband

Hi @SkyHelpTeam my Wifi is down again and other people in my area have the same issue. This effects my households ability to work as the internet is needed to work from home. This has become a regular occurrence in the past few months.
