@LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam @skytv what happens when none of your channels are available to view. When I reset the box countless times, unplug and plug in cables and still none of your channels work.. but you still charge me for this service?

@SkyHelpTeam It’s the upload speed that is the problem. To record a short lesson on Loom and upload it, I need 5 mbps upload speed. I’ve logged on via hotspot on my phone to do this but I’ve used all my data. Can anything be done about the upload speed?
