@LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

I really don't know why I bother paying for @SkyUK at times total loss of Sky sports+ trying to watch the Blackpool game and it keeps rejecting the channel saying I need to upgrade my subscription when I have all the channels and pay over £100+ a month customer service no help!
