Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

5 internet speed test all average about 9MBs. Sky speed test. "No problem brother all is well 16MBs" @SkyHelpTeam re set box moved it done everything it says online. Paying for Superfast broadband

It’s the fact the @OpenreachHelp engineer asked me to look down the open hole (quite deep & dangerous) whilst he tugged the rope from the other side of the road. Not sure I’m qualified or safety trained to watch a rope. When will @SkyUK add some value & help their customer?

@hough_matthew @SkyUK Hi Matthew, The quickest & easiest way to fix Sky Broadband issues is through our competitors who offer faster speeds at lower prices. U could stick a 3rd party router in AP mode, connect via ethernet & turn off sky router WiFi. Shame they don't have modem mode like @virginmedia.

@johnjsills Many companies have used the pandemic as an excuse to let customer service standards deteriorate. @SkyUK one of the worst offenders. The only way to get through to them is to cancel your direct debit and wait for the phone call. No other means of contact is possible.
