@LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

So contact @SkyUK when the broadband service is awful get told nothing wrong wait for the 18 month contract to expire, find out the new broadband provider is excellent, complain again to @SkyUK and get told you didn’t complain enough times here is £50 as a gesture of good will 🤬
