Hi @SkyHelpTeam @skytv what happens when none of your channels are available to view. When I reset the box countless times, unplug and plug in cables and still none of your channels work.. but you still charge me for this service?

@SkyUK I was promised a call back from Manager Jamie-Lee (JCU09) between 4 and 5pm. My phone line has been clear with full signal and no call attempt has been made. I have been stuck without broadband for 12 days and @SkyUK are not even trying to help!!

@SkyHelpTeam still no broadband. Called the number earlier (12ish), got a recorded message telling me that it's a problem in my area and is being fixed. 1630 - txt from Sky saying fixed. Except it's not. Number in text has a wait of 'over an hour*. I pay Sky £150/m. 👍

Classis @SkyUK, I phone up because they've raised my bill by almost 50%, spend half an hour being offered pathetic deals to stay (only £500 a year extra) Advise I would like to cancel and now on hold for another 35 minutes and counting... no wonder they are losing customers.

@SkyUK bad service made my poor wait for 2 weeks cos she moved homes to get her phone and it still not on . She has dementia and is blind and cant use her panic alarm due to not haveing a phone line . So thanks sky for helping disabled people of the uk . Sould of been on today
