    @SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

    Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

    @SkyHelpTeam had a call from someone from sky trying to hard sell me sky movies and was quite belligerent and then hung up. Want to make sure not a scam. Tried ringing but spent 30mins trying to find a help desk number

    @OfficialPuge @SkyHelpTeam Are you running the test on speed test via WIFI? If you’re having issues like this I’d recommend phoning them to test it because you’d likely be missing out on compensation at the least if there is an issue.

    @SkyUK Do not get an iPhone from Sky. Even a new phone will not be replaced if there’s a problem. I’ve spent 2 weeks and hours on the phone with no resolution. Without a phone for 2 weeks. Absolutely appalling customer service

    Fair play the sky fibre is absolute ****… only getting 19.8mbps can’t even load a 1080p YouTube video on the tv. The website/help desk is ******* ridiculous. Well done @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam 👏👏👏
