    @LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

    So @SkyHelpTeam really let me down yesterday. Booked home move on 10/12, earliest available instalment was 2/1. Waited in all day and no one came. Called & re-arranged for 24/1 - no earlier date! 6 weeks without TV. 😡
