@BigJohnnyArcher Agree John but what about the sound drop outs, the constant disconnection of the mini boxes and the constant Wi-fi dips of the new v3 HDR box? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are ignoring a 143 page thread of these problems. Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

@BigJohnnyArcher @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Their, sorry. The frustration made me type too fast.... I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

@SkyHelpTeam I’m awaiting a call back from your Executive Complaints Team so will see if that happens today. I’ve had six engineer visits since September so another call isn’t going to resolve the issue I’m sure

@SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

@SkyHelpTeam hi friends. My sky box is showing no signal on the internet. Was working until midday and I’ve restarted the box multiple times. The light is still there for power, sky+ and wireless, but the internet light is off. Is there an outage?

Even when Liverpool weren’t conceding, it was because the midfield were having to give the defence more cover, so they couldn’t support the attack and the goals dried up. Now every team has figured Fabinho out too, so Liverpool can’t do anything.

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp The person I spoke to today (Ali) has raised a complaint and also informed his line Manager allegedly. I’m really fed up with this situation, the engineer who was here last Friday said it was easily solved by shortening our line in. We’re longstanding Sky customers
