@BigJohnnyArcher @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Their, sorry. The frustration made me type too fast.... I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

@SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

@BigJohnnyArcher Agree John but what about the sound drop outs, the constant disconnection of the mini boxes and the constant Wi-fi dips of the new v3 HDR box? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are ignoring a 143 page thread of these problems. Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

@SkyHelpTeam I’m awaiting a call back from your Executive Complaints Team so will see if that happens today. I’ve had six engineer visits since September so another call isn’t going to resolve the issue I’m sure

@SkyUK yet again poor service. Issue with network that you can’t fix now have to change SIM card provider and will loose over 100gb of data in my piggybank. What’s the point!!!!

@kaylsmull93 @SkyUK Yes. It’s not anything to do with connection by the looks. Seems a deeper issue. Latency is sometimes very poor depending on which upstream they directing you to. Down detector hinting at a bigger problem looking at some companies.

@SkyUK Tried to drop down to this as renewal package I got offered was nearly nothing for £85 and guess what now the £43 offer is £90. It’s never available once you check. Luckily I will be cancelling my contract and moving away from Sky after 15+ years
