@SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

@LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

Had a landline phone call this morning claiming to be from @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK saying my Internet was slow and they were calling to help. When I said speed was fine, I was encouraged to do a speed test while on the phone. I refused, saying I’d test it later.

@SkyHelpTeam Its completely disgraceful that when customers shell out £100s for your service a year, if there's a fault with your service- you actually expect people to pay extra to you- for your engineers to come to fix a fault with your service! There should be 2 free engineer visits a year

@SkyHelpTeam Please don’t give me textbook responses. I have attached a screenshot of the Sky online test itself & as I said I called customer support twice but the issue is not resolved. I am supposed to have superfast BB not superslow & broken!!
