After it happened 3 times we knew it was @SkyUK pulling a fast one so switched to another provider. No ‘wiring problems’ and super fast broadband now 👍

I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

They tried stitching me up by agreeing a deal on text chat & then reneged, but I’d screen shotted the message exchange. Threatened U.K. legal action, soon backed down. They’re sharks.
