@SkyHelpTeam I’m awaiting a call back from your Executive Complaints Team so will see if that happens today. I’ve had six engineer visits since September so another call isn’t going to resolve the issue I’m sure

Oh my good god!!! @SkyUK i have experienced appalling service for months.. you say its fixed, “give me” £150 compensation for it to turn into utter shite AGAIN!! I am a key worker, working from home. It is not good enough 😡😡

@BigJohnnyArcher Agree John but what about the sound drop outs, the constant disconnection of the mini boxes and the constant Wi-fi dips of the new v3 HDR box? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are ignoring a 143 page thread of these problems. Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

@BigJohnnyArcher @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Their, sorry. The frustration made me type too fast.... I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

Just spent a painful hour trying to get info on sky glass and how it compares to sky Q. In the end I spoke to a lovely woman who couldn’t really help but did her best. Does @SkyUK have a sales team or do they just expect people to renew without asking any questions
