    Once again i find myself without internet @SkyUK i have had no internet for 48 hrs and have all but used up my data on my phone, as i have had to tether for work purposes (key worker) It’s a complete **** show not being able to get through to anyone on the phone. Sort it out 😠

    After spending too long trying to speak to Sky, i got through. Was told there’s no issue with service to my home, it must be the “old” bit of plastic inside my home. £50 later for a new hub and a week’s wobbly service. Guess what? No internet 🤬 @SkyUK you can stick it, i’m off

    @SkyHelpTeam the service needs much improvement including ways to contact you. My service drops out a great deal daily. I'd hate to count how many times axweek this is. I'm wondering if you will compensate us for my daughter not being able to tutor her students.

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam the broadband at my home is having issues. Some apps won't open at all, and I soon as i turn off WiFi and use data, the app opens. I tried it with a few apps and have the same issue - works on data but not on WiFi.

    @SkyHelpTeam also I'd like to add my set up hasn't changed and there's no issues here. If there was it would be constantly off. I am also aware, that it's not just me but it's hundreds of sky customers affected by this daily.

    @SkyHelpTeam No,they said there’ll be a report and inspection done by 72hrs, you know this, you wouldn’t of sent the text, stop using your get out of trouble script and use your common sense to see this is a problem and you need to get it fixed. You’re taking our money, it doesn’t work,fix it

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you Claire however thats not good enough with how further technology has gotten surely subtitles are possible on all programmes not just sky go??? So youre suggesting she watches Sky Go instead of on the actual TV is this really a valid solution???
