@u405mw2 Yes they tried to swing the blame onto me too! We knew it wasn’t ‘us’ as the phone was perfectly ok. After it happened 3 times we knew it was @SkyUK pulling a fast one so switched to another provider. No ‘wiring problems’ and super fast broadband now 👍

The media depending on who they support (ex the sun editor Woolnough as a Man United supporter), so we had to read all his reports through red coloured spectacles!
