Seriously hacked off with the appalling broadband service that we are receiving from @SkyUK We are using the neighbours, i’m a key worker & rely on connection. Tried all of the “tips” to fix it, it doesn’t & i haven’t got unlimited time to wait on the phone!

5 internet speed test all average about 9MBs. Sky speed test. "No problem brother all is well 16MBs" @SkyHelpTeam re set box moved it done everything it says online. Paying for Superfast broadband

Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes we have, it’s satellite disruption. He’s calling from a phone service you provide and should be able to identify him from. It’s overly complicated and not user friendly it’s feel like you want your customers to just hang up!

@SkyHelpTeam I have been getting 140-150mbs since I upgraded however the WiFi went down last night and now every device sits at 30mbs including those through ethernet. Yet your website and app tell me my speed is correct when it's not. Fix it

@SkyHelpTeam you have no understanding for your elderly customers who don’t have mobile phones or the last 2 digits of their bank accounts to hand! My father in law is 90 stuck in the house with poor Tv signal and cannot get help from you over the phone, appallingly service
