Was told there’s no issue with service to my home, it must be the “old” bit of plastic inside my home. £50 later for a new hub and a week’s wobbly service. Guess what? After it happened 3 times we knew it was @SkyUK pulling a fast one so switched to another provider. No ‘wiring problems’ and super fast broadband now 👍

But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

Had 12 months of constant drop in service TV, constantly buffering when watching mini box. 5 different engineers been out. We’re going back to BT at the end of the month never had any issues with them
