Once again i find myself without internet @SkyUK i have had no internet for 48 hrs and have all but used up my data on my phone, as i have had to tether for work purposes (key worker) It’s a complete **** show not being able to get through to anyone on the phone. Sort it out 😠

@SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

@SkySports 3. The funny part is he had 3 transfer windows to settle things but didn’t. Then we have the Boards problem, my problem isn’t them bringing in Potter in but it’s bringing him in as a Head Coach instead of a Manager, therefore restricting him in many ways.

@SkyHelpTeam Would be nice if a new hardware revision of the SkyQ 2TB was released! On our 3rd replacement and it still suffers from the issue of crashing with a green status light, and needing to turn off/on at the mains or into standby and back out to fix. Must be an open Defect for this.

@SkyHelpTeam How do I get an update on the current broadband issue in the BH8 area? My mother has been without broadband/phone for over 2 weeks now which is unacceptable. Ran a test which tells me you are aware of the issue. Don't seem to be able to get a proper update anywhere.
