@LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

After spending too long trying to speak to Sky, i got through. Was told there’s no issue with service to my home, it must be the “old” bit of plastic inside my home. £50 later for a new hub and a week’s wobbly service. Guess what? No internet 🤬 @SkyUK you can stick it, i’m off

Hi @SkyHelpTeam @skytv what happens when none of your channels are available to view. When I reset the box countless times, unplug and plug in cables and still none of your channels work.. but you still charge me for this service?

Once again i find myself without internet @SkyUK i have had no internet for 48 hrs and have all but used up my data on my phone, as i have had to tether for work purposes (key worker) It’s a complete **** show not being able to get through to anyone on the phone. Sort it out 😠

@SkyHelpTeam This tv has now been replaced and we have moved broadband provider to yourselves after being told it’s the best option for sky glass and now we are having even more problems in being connected and unable to use the TV. This is becoming ridiculous. Still no sign of compensation

@SkyHelpTeam No he is the account holder he was told that he couldn’t make a complaint as this wasn’t the correct procedure &he could only leave a review. Then he has received an email stating a phone call has been attempted to his number however this hasn’t happened - his call log shows this
