  Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

  @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for your reply, there is still a problem when we got to recordings or anything other than TV guide it says please wait and we have a blue circle going round and round for 2-3 mins and then loads it’s the same on sky go app I noticed last night!

  @SkyHelpTeam I have had two Engineer visits. The lie faults are fixed but the router is broken. We need a new one. You apparently can’t send due to a form not being a led to be done on the system. Pick up the phone and order please
