Was told there’s no issue with service to my home, it must be the “old” bit of plastic inside my home. £50 later for a new hub and a week’s wobbly service. Guess what? I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....
