Was told there’s no issue with service to my home, it must be the “old” bit of plastic inside my home. £50 later for a new hub and a week’s wobbly service. Guess what? I have watched one race this season and it was on @SkySports via the AppleTV app, but they don't show the Sky rebroadcast on demand. I missed the race this morning and have no way to watch it. This also impacts my buying decisions going forward with Apple. As if Tim Cook and his merry band of undesirables has driven the company to a shameful place and my trust in them is gone. There is no reason for any of this. It is a matter of twisted priorities and a lack of basic reasoning skills on their end. It won't change, people will still buy this garbage so why would they care. But for me, I am done.
