Was told there’s no issue with service to my home, it must be the “old” bit of plastic inside my home. £50 later for a new hub and a week’s wobbly service. Guess what? They hustled me to return the equipment for weeks but I put in an official complaint. They stopped hustling and acknowledged they received the equipment. Royal mail equally bad.
