@u405mw2 Yes they tried to swing the blame onto me too! We knew it wasn’t ‘us’ as the phone was perfectly ok. After it happened 3 times we knew it was @SkyUK pulling a fast one so switched to another provider. No ‘wiring problems’ and super fast broadband now 👍

@SkyHelpTeam The latest engineer rang on Monday said would organise for someone to come out I’ve heard nothing. First was too much on WiFi so he moved the booster second was new box but out tv. Doesn’t support it. Meanwhile we are left with no tv despite paying £80 a month.

Since moving house in June, it's really highlighted just how poor the WiFi signal is from my Sky Q Hub. Placed centrally in the home, if I go about 20 steps away from the router (just outside), WiFi speed crawls and drops in and out like crazy. Got a better router? @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband has gone down today and you need to send an engineer to fix. Considering I’m still waiting for an engineer to fix my phone line I’m not too hopeful this will be fixed. I’m working from home so I need this sorting!!
