Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

Serious service issues with @SkyHelpTeam lately. Engineer visited but couldn’t fix the problem. I requested an LNB replacement—he refused, blaming trees for the low signal. Been at this property for years with no issue until now. Sky service isn’t what it used to be. #SkyTV

Strong recommendation: Do NOT get @SkyHelpTeam Glass if you are offered it, especially if you have Sky internet. It is basically a useless piece of **** which you can't use as it requires reliable internet service, which Sky are unable to provide.
