    @LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam @skytv what happens when none of your channels are available to view. When I reset the box countless times, unplug and plug in cables and still none of your channels work.. but you still charge me for this service?

    @SkyHelpTeam since I updated my deal with you and got sky q I have been unable to play podcasts via Spotify on any of my devices at home (google home / Alexa / tv via sky q Spotify app). Nothing has changed but the broadband / sky q deal with you. Can you help with this please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes but what’s the point of having sky glass when your broadband is going off at least with sky q you have something to watch . I’m paying the same amount as I was with sky q but when your broadband goes down I can’t watch anything . Just frustrated

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been waiting for the last 15 minutes as the Talk section isn’t helpful at all - it goes around in circles; the only option is to call which totally defeats the object of having the landline to avoid charges as I’m not a Sky Mobile customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam I just don’t want to spend £65 on an engineer and they come out, look at it and say they can’t fix it. Because right now I don’t actually know what’s wrong with it. And yes it’s out of warranty, but we’ve been with Sky since the 90s lol I think we’ve spent enough money
