    @SkyHelpTeam Any issues in the NR1 area? Our broadband is out and diagnostics have said it is outside our house. Engineer booked but no indication on your website of any problems.

    @BigJohnnyArcher Agree John but what about the sound drop outs, the constant disconnection of the mini boxes and the constant Wi-fi dips of the new v3 HDR box? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are ignoring a 143 page thread of these problems. Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

    Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

    @BigJohnnyArcher @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Their, sorry. The frustration made me type too fast.... I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m awaiting a call back from your Executive Complaints Team so will see if that happens today. I’ve had six engineer visits since September so another call isn’t going to resolve the issue I’m sure

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve tried that. Six calls later and still Dec 1st. My husband had training he needs this broadband for. It’s Sky’s FAULT as you didn’t pay OpenReach for a full install. No one cares! It’s despicable service from such a huge company! #customerexperience

    @skyhelpteam So, this is interesting. You leave our routers open to hackers for 18 months. I ring to ask. You shrug. So I register my concern which is opened as a complaint. I get two emails. One to open, one to close. In the same minute. Not great customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, we have done all of this and had a visit by one of your engineers. The engineer said it is a known issue specific to the SM1 area. The issue is at the exchange so needs @OpenreachHelp to sort it out, but in the meantime Sky should be providing compensation and hotspots!
