@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, absolutely no internet in OX5. Tried all the online tips. I already booked an engineer visit 4 days ago as service was intermittent and no date has been assigned for that visit (going to the interchange not in our house). Any update on if it's a wider issue?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my Sky HD box keeps throwing up a Technical Fault 7 (33). It is quite old and probably needs replaced. For the life of me I can't get online help. When I managed to find a helpline number it doesn't register as apparently I have a different number registered.
