@u405mw2 Yes they tried to swing the blame onto me too! We knew it wasn’t ‘us’ as the phone was perfectly ok. After it happened 3 times we knew it was @SkyUK pulling a fast one so switched to another provider. No ‘wiring problems’ and super fast broadband now 👍

@SkyHelpTeam I've done the test, and it just says 'We can't detect your hub' with no option to book engineer or anything at all. This has happened right at the end of my contract and seeing as my price is going up (but is £25 if I'm a new customer) I'm probably just going to leave anyway.
