@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyUK just received a letter from you saying my Sky subscription is to increase again, that’s the final straw I’ll be phoning to cancel Sky completely.

@SkyHelpTeam @Newbury14 Ours has been continually dropping out for the past few days since they had the Nationwide outage issues. According to website there is no problem but according to other sites many people are experiencing the same problems, so surely it can't be all our routers!? Sort it out!

@SkyHelpTeam after 17 years as a customer, I’m finally at the end of my tether with SkY Q, mini boxes freezing, proximity error and gaps in audio….. I had to stream the F1 qualifying on now tv because it was so bad…
