@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyUK had Sky for less than 12 hours and already fed up with it, sit down to watch something on demand and it won't work, try all the online guides, still won't work. Try to call sky and they're closed for the night, waste of time 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Well someone at Sky (or other ISP) needs to kick @OpenreachHelp’s *** and force them to install fibre. That ISP will get my custom and loyalty. It’s 2021 and we have the internet service of a dial up modem.
