    @SkyUK My broadband sucks!! Averaging between 10.3 & 23mbs can't stream watch anything and yes I've rebooted my router 😡

    @JohnDav33853252 @SkyUK I've had my sky account for 20 years...I'm literally a vintage customer. I get fackallll for it..basic telly package and broadband, I'm still paying over £60 and im probably one of the only people still with a dish cos they want £80 for SkyGlass. I'm leaving for good in sept.

    @SkyHelpTeam so when your broadband and wifi is shocking you get a email saying it’s going up. Why is it going up? I’m paying for a service that isn’t working as you advertised. Super fast broadband that is completely the opposite

    A @SkySports subscription is quite expensive and has always been so. Before they used to have Champions League, La Liga, top games professional pundits now they have the women's "Super" League, English championship and Karen bloody Carney probably the worst value for money around

    @SkyUK's broadband department gets a lot of flack on Twitter but I have to say their service is pretty good sometimes. At lunchtime, I reported a line issue and by 7pm an Openreach engineer had been round and fixed the issue! Very impressive.

    @SkyHelpTeam And sky store was sky box office and had about 10 transponders just for that service before streaming

    @SkyHelpTeam So what level of compensation will Sky offer given it's now been 24 hours of downtime? If this is a known outage why was there no proactive communication to affected customers?

    @SkyUK Complete frauds, Agree to go into a new contract last month within 28 days NEW PRICE means £9 increase, To top it off billed for Eubank Fight when we were in the USA on holiday. Never booked a PPV before and been billed for it. BULLSHIT
