    @ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

    @TheEmilyStory @SkyUK I never had any problems with them. Only moved away because they didn’t offer fibre in my area. Now they do I’m planning on returning…

    @SkyUK just received a letter from you saying my Sky subscription is to increase again, that’s the final straw I’ll be phoning to cancel Sky completely.

    @SkyUK My broadband sucks!! Averaging between 10.3 & 23mbs can't stream watch anything and yes I've rebooted my router 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam @Newbury14 Ours has been continually dropping out for the past few days since they had the Nationwide outage issues. According to website there is no problem but according to other sites many people are experiencing the same problems, so surely it can't be all our routers!? Sort it out!

    @SkyHelpTeam can you help? We’ve had Sky Glass for just over a month. We’ve had to put up with start up issues, freezes and numerous others bugs.
