    @ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

    @TheEmilyStory @SkyUK I never had any problems with them. Only moved away because they didn’t offer fibre in my area. Now they do I’m planning on returning…

    @SkyUK My broadband sucks!! Averaging between 10.3 & 23mbs can't stream watch anything and yes I've rebooted my router 😡

    @AppleSupport @SkyUK I don’t know about you but in the Uk but I am sick and tired of APPLE informing me that I have a router from Sky That is not Using WAP3 and they Apple will not permit to load up content emails etc. I phoned Apple In Uk They spent an hour on my IOS15 problem

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had satellite signal on ITV, and any sky channel (i.e sky news, sky sports) for 4 days. I originally put it down to the storm but no bad weather currently. How do I fix this please?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been doing that for 2 weeks! It’s an absolute joke!! I’ve now got to wait until Friday for an update! Meanwhile I have no internet or very little. There’s an outage in my area but only me with an issue in my area!!!!

    @liamtho66669733 @SkySports Good point you make about a draw being as bad as a loss, not thought of it that way before. I still think he’s taking the easy way out. Personally, I didn’t want him, I didn’t think he’d be up for the fight, and I doubt he’s fit. Two other Prem clubs wanted him, not just Burnley

    @bt_uk hey, I was wondering if you could help me possibly: I was just shafted by sky and charged a termination fee even though was never told about it, and had final bill month before. Was told you can cover termination fees however I’m not sure I believe @SkyUK
