    @SkyUK My broadband sucks!! Averaging between 10.3 & 23mbs can't stream watch anything and yes I've rebooted my router 😡

    @ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

    @callumbobdave @SkySports I understand that’s how you feel, as you think it’s a foul. I’m saying you see them given, you also see them not given. Blaming this on the reason for losing & the rant after, is poor from the manager imo

    @SkyHelpTeam crazy wait times to contact sky. And sky make it impossible to downgrade or remove packages now. One reason I want out! Bills keep rising yet no one can help!?

    @dawn15765 @SkyUK Depends whether they can provide fibre bb in your area, if not it will be very very slow. They couldn’t where I live and was only getting 2-4 mbps, changed to Virgin and getting over 50 minimum

    @dawn15765 @SkyUK Got Sky and their fibre bb - it’s fine. Never had any bother with it at all.
