@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyUK just received a letter from you saying my Sky subscription is to increase again, that’s the final straw I’ll be phoning to cancel Sky completely.

@ SkyUK you are a shambles my problem can be fixed on line and you just cut me off. What am I supposed to do I am so angry 3 days now and still problem not resolved and don’t give me that Covid crap I’m working from home too

@SkyUK My broadband sucks!! Averaging between 10.3 & 23mbs can't stream watch anything and yes I've rebooted my router 😡

@bt_uk No Chris they're a sky customer... However the point still stands. Why on earth is a BT engineer ignoring a fault clearly created while he was up the pole? I've used the @SkyUK account to run a line test and book an engineer visit but it's 2-5 days...

19 days on. Still not fixed. What the hell is happening @SkyHelpTeam? We were promised before Christmas that an engineer would be out tomorrow to fix it (the 4th time an engineer has been posted), just rang to confirm tomorrow’s works and, oh, the date’s moved again. Unacceptable

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I have and it is partially connected ted but still not working properly. For example I can’t watch Amazon prime so no football today great! I assume there is still a known fault!?
