@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, we recently had an engineer out to fix our internet/line - he then found out we could finally upgrade to fibre and at a discount too - it was activated today and yet my bills are still at the old price (actually slightly higher) Any idea on what's happened?

@SkyHelpTeam It is a continuing issue, just needs to be taken seriously by the development teams at sky! Considering no changes have been made to playlist for a number of months does leave me questioning whether sky regret making such a song and dance about it!
