@ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

@steeleyp_ @Chris57raker @SkyUK It's FTTP. It's a WiFi hub. It's WiFi speeds that they talk about. It shouldn't be 60% drop off. Also, we only just got fibre where I live in the countryside. Before that I couldn't get past 20, and 40 is still crap for any sort of work/streaming attempts

@Juliagoolia1982 @Chris57raker @SkyUK It’s a very heavily regulated area and if your claims are correct, and you can document those with dates/times/responses etc, I would be escalating a complaint. If unresolved you’ll receive a final decision/deadlock letter.

@8Bob4 @SkySports Barca needs him to go in order to rebuild. They will never recover as long as he's there, unless he takes a huge pay cut. They have world class players without any identity and are there in his shadow. He also will never win another UCL with Barca. It's best if they part ways.

@SkyHelpTeam Spoke to tech support. Can't do anything as they have to test line at new house (have to wait until I don't have internet at current house) before proving there is no ONT device (there isn't), then book an engineer. I have to have NO internet before anyone can help? #WorkFromHome

@Juliagoolia1982 @Chris57raker @SkyUK You're mistaken unfortunately. The minimum speed guarantee is the speed from cabinet to your hub. What happens when the signal leaves your hub is too variable, which is why you would never get a wifi speed guarantee from a service provider
