Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

@SkyUK I have no clue if this is like a local problem or whatever but it’s horrendous that this WiFi ain’t working for a lot of people. Im say here trying to do a live lesson but keep getting cut off every 5 mins. I know Virgin is the same but they seem to be resolving the issue.
