    @ChrisElliott66 @SkyHelpTeam Mine was suddenly magically resolved when I asked them (not Sky - another provider) for the official response to my complaint in writing so that I could take it to the ombudsman, funny how a new router resolves all problems! Good luck!

    Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam it has taken me 30mn to upload a mix of the size that normally takes me two minutes - despite verifying speed test 100% stable. This means your high speed internet service sucks right now. Load of expensive rubbish.Some Co-s definitely profit from this pandemic.

    @GMB @SkySports @Carra23 How about we get our teachers/support staff/catering staff, anyone who works in a school vaccinated so we can allow our children, who in my opinion have been completely forgotten victims in all this, get back to school. Football is not a priority.
