    @PeterGa43632333 Definitely, poor journalism, but as we all know Skysports and Btsports are extremely biased towards Liverpool, City and United and a few more of the others. Basically sucking up to them all the time...

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

    @LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

    @SkyHelpTeam Having problems with pictures on live TV - constantly breaking up/showing 'no satellite signal. We get no sky channels so don't think I should pay for a service I'm not getting. Pls help #skytv #noservice

    @stuegs @RyanMac97158556 @SkySports I genuinely sense an R9 1998 World Cup Final moment around the corner… I feel there is more to this story, sponsor pressure, fear of catastrophic failure, I don’t know what, but face value seems flawed. We may never know, I respect her assertion, but there’s more to it - IMO.

    @SkyHelpTeam - having been on the phone for an hour only to be cut off... how come my swanky new Q service won't give me Netflix but just the error code DSU-508. I was told if I turned it off and on again all would be well. Tearing my hair out here!
