    Seriously hacked off with the appalling broadband service that we are receiving from @SkyUK We are using the neighbours, i’m a key worker & rely on connection. Tried all of the “tips” to fix it, it doesn’t & i haven’t got unlimited time to wait on the phone!

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam Wednesday our broadband started dropping out it is now Sunday it is still dropping out the only advice I get is to use the broadband checker which doesn't work seriously getting fed up and getting no answers so tired of it I shouldn't have to pay for this

    @SkyHelpTeam recently upgraded to your super fast broadband it is no faster than the regular service and my husband and I are using our own 4g data as it keeps dropping out but its costing us £12 extra a month why can't we get what we paid for just not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam I believe it is a very widespread problem according to many many threads on your own community platform. I have followed all the options I have read but I'm happy to try other ones if you have them? Sounds fine for 90% of recording then just starts cutting it for short periods

    @SkyHelpTeam No problem. I will have to download another recording and watch it all the way though, so I will get back to you. Doesn't happen on normal HD though with Dolby Digital on, just so you are aware.

    @SkyHelpTeam He was more about trying to make deals, offering us £50 each, discounts etc so i ended up at £25 per month with 1st month discounted for her. But now has an install problem in her flat for Q box anyway
