    @SkyHelpTeam No service.. so no wifi.. to be honest i don’t know why i tweeted, in my experience, you get a message saying DM us, you do, you get redirected and so it continues!

    @SkyHelpTeam both the WiFi and phone line dropped out this morning, is this an issue in the Gorleston area or is something wrong on our end? Everything has been switched on and off and it hasn’t been resolved.

    Extremely unhappy that after being a customer with @SkyUK for a long time, in this current situation they are still expecting their loyal customers that have no income through the covid 19 situation to pay or be cut off. Disgusted!!

    @SkyHelpTeam our phones r connected 2 the WiFi but we cannot access any apps nor connect the xbox but the t.v & alexa can please help as its been 3 days now. I've tried all the usual stuff, on/off reset but nothing has changed

    @SkyHelpTeam why does my sky Q mini box constantly have issues?! Literally have to reset my internet everyday to get it to work! Don’t understand why this keeps happening what do you suggest?

    @SkyHelpTeam everytime I wanna go on the internet with my iPad too watch the football the internet keeps cutting out , we have got the best internet aswell but seem too always stop working , thinking about going too virgin at this rate wouldn’t get a problem with them

    Oh my good god!!! @SkyUK i have experienced appalling service for months.. you say its fixed, “give me” £150 compensation for it to turn into utter shite AGAIN!! I am a key worker, working from home. It is not good enough 😡😡

    @SkyUK I (and half the country it seems) have endured appalling service for much of lockdown (which started ten months ago btw) and here we AGAIN with no service! I’m a key worker, WFH, this is not good enough 🤬

    Seriously hacked off with the appalling broadband service that we are receiving from @SkyUK We are using the neighbours, i’m a key worker & rely on connection. Tried all of the “tips” to fix it, it doesn’t & i haven’t got unlimited time to wait on the phone!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've asked multiple times for McAfee Internet Security Suite to be taken off my bill as it doesn't work and it is still on there? This has been going on for 2+ years which means you have taken at least £72 from me when I've asked for a service to be stopped.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done a line test and no issues in local area, it was the test that came up with issue and to book an engineer. Haven’t been getting guaranteed speed either now for the last 2 days or during most of March. A year ago we had engineer out he moved the router to the 1/2
