Was told there’s no issue with service to my home, it must be the “old” bit of plastic inside my home. £50 later for a new hub and a week’s wobbly service. Guess what? No internet 🤬 @SkyUK you can stick it, i’m off

Opening statement “ I want to cancel and do not wish to renew my contract” Ignored me repeating this 1 hour to get to the point where they agreed to cancel after offer after offer.

Sky has no moral compass. The agents are on commission too!

What for?
