Whoever did the UX and product design on the @SkyUK Q service needs locking up. Bloody terrible. The physical box is so under powered and the interfaces seem to be trying to make it difficult.

@studdy2k @SkySports That's harsh I think. It was always going to be a cagey game against a decent side. England were better and never looked worried, and he made good substitutions at good times. 'biggest asset' might be stretching it, but I thought he did pretty well.

@SkyUK we have broadband and sky Q with 2 boxes with you. Day doesn’t go by without broadband dropping out and tv freezing or losing signal! Time to look for another provider I think. Service just not good enough!

@SkyHelpTeam My Broadband has been down for 7 HOURS and in that time I've had just ONE text saying you're aware of it. It's the 2nd time in 3 days I've been without a service. Time to switch to a provider who actually gives me what I pay for!

@SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.
