@SkyHelpTeam Sky Q ordered 28/11. Despite knowing it was a 2 man job, you sent ONE man who did not know why he was allocated the job. I have asked repeatedly for an EMAIL explanation and an offer of compensation. You do not respond. I am now told the incident has been ‘resolved’.
