5 internet speed test all average about 9MBs. Sky speed test. "No problem brother all is well 16MBs" @SkyHelpTeam re set box moved it done everything it says online. Paying for Superfast broadband

@u405mw2 Yes they tried to swing the blame onto me too! We knew it wasn’t ‘us’ as the phone was perfectly ok. After it happened 3 times we knew it was @SkyUK pulling a fast one so switched to another provider. No ‘wiring problems’ and super fast broadband now 👍

Amazed my elderly parents have been without a landline and internet since the week before Xmas. After nearly a month, @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach still have yet to address the issue. Aside from impacting their Christmas, shouldn't vulnerable people's phonelines be priorised?
