@SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for this, my issue isn't resolved yet. Also, I am trying to archive a sky store purchase so it doesn't appear under the 'Recordings' section but every time I try it is still showing there. I have tried it with other titles and it works, it just doesn't for this one
