@SkyUK I was told you were looking into the issues reflected in my sky app and that they would be sorted soon! Unfortunately, these issues have not been rectified, my future bills are wrong and my app still says my account is pending cancellation despite agreeing a new term...??

@SkyHelpTeam I’m awaiting a call back from your Executive Complaints Team so will see if that happens today. I’ve had six engineer visits since September so another call isn’t going to resolve the issue I’m sure

@BigJohnnyArcher @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Their, sorry. The frustration made me type too fast.... I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

@BigJohnnyArcher Agree John but what about the sound drop outs, the constant disconnection of the mini boxes and the constant Wi-fi dips of the new v3 HDR box? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are ignoring a 143 page thread of these problems. Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

@SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

@SkyUK by internet has been down since the morning. You keep sending me texts that there is an outage and give me a link to check status. When you use the link it says no problems in the area!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but those steps are irrelevant if you read my original message. The signal received at the hub is fine as is the WiFi signal throughout the house, with the exception of one bedroom.

Disappointed that @skyuk has kept me waiting since the 13th December for internet connectivity. They are now claiming that I might be without service into the new year. I work from home, no way into the office and rely on that connection. They have blamed BT Openreach. Not good.
