@u405mw2 Yes they tried to swing the blame onto me too! We knew it wasn’t ‘us’ as the phone was perfectly ok. After it happened 3 times we knew it was @SkyUK pulling a fast one so switched to another provider. No ‘wiring problems’ and super fast broadband now 👍

5 internet speed test all average about 9MBs. Sky speed test. "No problem brother all is well 16MBs" @SkyHelpTeam re set box moved it done everything it says online. Paying for Superfast broadband

@SkyHelpTeam my internet isn’t working, the light on my sky hub is flashing amber. My husband spoke to someone on the phone who said to clean the connection box and it should work. We have done that several times. It comes back on for not even 2 minutes and goes again. Help!
