    @BigJohnnyArcher Agree John but what about the sound drop outs, the constant disconnection of the mini boxes and the constant Wi-fi dips of the new v3 HDR box? @skytv @SkyHelpTeam are ignoring a 143 page thread of these problems. Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

    @BigJohnnyArcher @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Their, sorry. The frustration made me type too fast.... I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

    @PeterGa43632333 Definitely, poor journalism, but as we all know Skysports and Btsports are extremely biased towards Liverpool, City and United and a few more of the others. Basically sucking up to them all the time...

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m awaiting a call back from your Executive Complaints Team so will see if that happens today. I’ve had six engineer visits since September so another call isn’t going to resolve the issue I’m sure

    @SkyUK I was told you were looking into the issues reflected in my sky app and that they would be sorted soon! Unfortunately, these issues have not been rectified, my future bills are wrong and my app still says my account is pending cancellation despite agreeing a new term...??

    @SkyUK by internet has been down since the morning. You keep sending me texts that there is an outage and give me a link to check status. When you use the link it says no problems in the area!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m already in a long process with Sky to help them ascertain the problems and eventually find fixes for these faulty boxes. But it doesn’t look like a fix is possible. I firmly believe these HDR boxes are doomed. There are many customers affected...

    @SkyUK Yes true but DO NOT BUY SKY Q because it messes the Wifi connection. It has been a known issues at sky for years, which still has no solution. If you have sky Q, expect massive drop in wifi connection!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi! I’m on sky fibre and sometimes the wifi doesn’t work for loading images on Twitter, the App Store and my weather app. I didn’t know if this was an issue with the wifi itself?

    @liam_langan @SkyUK Mate the best thing I did was get rid of sky!! 12mbps i was getting via Ethernet,now I’m getting 367 with virgin. I’d get on to them mate I’ve never seen broadband speeds like sky absolutely shocking
