@u405mw2 Yes they tried to swing the blame onto me too! We knew it wasn’t ‘us’ as the phone was perfectly ok. After it happened 3 times we knew it was @SkyUK pulling a fast one so switched to another provider. No ‘wiring problems’ and super fast broadband now 👍

5 internet speed test all average about 9MBs. Sky speed test. "No problem brother all is well 16MBs" @SkyHelpTeam re set box moved it done everything it says online. Paying for Superfast broadband

@SkyHelpTeam @PVBroadz That's poor. A similar thing happened to me with Virgin Broadband 2 weeks ago, landline & internet went off because of engineering mistake. We were cut off at 11am which was really annoying, because I needed the broadband for work, but Virgin had it back on by 3 p.m. Same day.

So. @SkyUK #glass had it a few days. So far, pic quality is good (when buffered in some instances) itergration of catch up is poor compared to q. Need to open iPlayer etc, sometimes wait for show to be on iPlayer too! Easier to record and delete… hmmm
