I’ve had four engineers since September and a fifth one book for next week. Ironically they told me it was a BT Wi-fi issue so I came out of contract 15 months early....and it’s WORSE with Sky Wi-fi.....

Q keeps getting these awards but the new box is broken

My sky internet keeps going down every now and then, it takes HOURS of turning the hub off at the wall and turning it on again and doing that on repeat. I’m getting sick of this. I really am.
