@MickDennisReal As much as I appreciate @SkySports red button matches, the poor quality camerawork, lack of replays and appalling commentary means that iFollow is always a better bet. Despite my enormous sky bill !

Been on hold with @SkyUK for over an hour now. This is the 3rd time I’ve rang them to sort out issues with my account and tv service. Very tempted to cancel for good if they can’t sort my bill out this time 😡

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam They have now closed the account (10 days after their letter) but you are now billing me for 10 days of Broadband because you failed to close the account via BT Openreach on the right date. That will be another 50 minute phone calls tonight! It’s really poor service from Sky!
