    @PeterGa43632333 Definitely, poor journalism, but as we all know Skysports and Btsports are extremely biased towards Liverpool, City and United and a few more of the others. Basically sucking up to them all the time...

    @LucyriPhd @SkyUK It dies often go down at this time of night. But would be nice if there was warning. Oddly, the box is marked as if everything is ok. Normally it's a yellow light.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Tom. Yes they are, but the same issues have been listed now for almost 23 hours. I think Sky customers deserve something more than “we’re working on it” after all this time? Last update was 10:30 this morning. That’s 7 hours ago now. Again, too little.

    @swfc3045 @SkyHelpTeam Yeah **** happens but the communication is abysmal. I get that the customer service agents dont know what's going on but it is their job to advise us. I feel for them but they should be better informed, and tweeting vague **** and turning off replies is not helpful. @SkyHelpTeam
