@MickDennisReal As much as I appreciate @SkySports red button matches, the poor quality camerawork, lack of replays and appalling commentary means that iFollow is always a better bet. Despite my enormous sky bill !

@SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis So sky I appreciate the times we are in means you are on a reduced customer contact however your happy to let me speak to an agent when I ordered a new phone but I can’t talk to anyone about changing my TV and BB contract 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

@SkyHelpTeam Would it help if I were to recommend some monitoring software that could alert based on vdsl connections dropping, and perhaps automatically change your Web status if say you lost an entire cabinet, exchange, or county?

@SkyHelpTeam It’s saying to Book an Engineer (apparently it is also saying this to other people in the area with issues). I appreciate that you can only go with what the system tells you, but it would appear that there are issues with Service Updates lagging badly behind

@SkyHelpTeam At the end of the day, my local network monitor showed that your service came back online at around 5am. It's working this morning. But Sky obviously had a sizable broadband network issue last night and it would just be nice if they were honest about it. Not your personal fault.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, still having issues, no joy with testing it multiple times. As I stated, there have been several other reports on here in the Southampton area today since midnight (as also shows on DownDetector), and yet there Sky Service Update still doesn’t yet reflect this
