    @SkyUK Hi thanks for your tweet! Our internet is still frustratingly slow currently and @TalkTalk are trying to get me to do all sorts of tests which I’m not happy about!! We were with Sky til last year but it got too expensive!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've also done all the connect it with the ethernet cable, and take off the filter and plug in direct, and unplug the phone, and plug direct into router, but it's not here, it doesn't help? That's why you said you'd optimise the line

    @SkyHelpTeam sort your **** out clear problem with sky q mini box’s use as a hotspot, relays awful connection and no way to disable it as a booster, multiple people with the same problem, poor once again
