    @SkyUK Hi thanks for your tweet! Our internet is still frustratingly slow currently and @TalkTalk are trying to get me to do all sorts of tests which I’m not happy about!! We were with Sky til last year but it got too expensive!

    @SkyHelpTeam can you explain why your customer service rep was rude on the phone, telling me I need to pay £65 for an engineer to check my premises, when our neighbours have the exact same problem? We’ve both been without phone or internet since 11 last night. @MoneyTelegraph

    Just been told by @SkyUK that they can’t fix my TV box until 19th September, after promising to arrive this Wednesday and when they no showed then promised this weekend. £130 a month absolute joke service. Fuming

    @SkyUK yesterday I spent an hour in the phone to uncover the reason for random extra charges. It was an error. Your rep apologised etc I paid my actual bill and left happy. My service is restricted today. Contacting via app or phone is only giving me access to a pay a false bill
