    @shel_knowles @SkyHelpTeam Sky are rubbish Michelle, I am moving in with a partner, taking sky but don’t need to take broadband, you’d think as a long standing customer they wouldn’t charge a fee but they have, they’re money grabbers. Don’t blame people for having dodgy sky boxes.

    @SkyHelpTeam The app reset didn't work. also my broadband has no issues and works at 30 Mbps and I am able to stream Netflix fine on my Amazon fire stick.
