    @SkyHelpTeam my husband received a call offering a deal, he said he would think about it and call back however was told they could not access the same deals as the sales team that called him. We have now been waiting weeks for a call back. Can you help please?

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis So sky I appreciate the times we are in means you are on a reduced customer contact however your happy to let me speak to an agent when I ordered a new phone but I can’t talk to anyone about changing my TV and BB contract 🤔

    @ms_manutd @SkyUK At the end of the day I'm not bothered about saving £35 / month if the service is crap 🙄 Besides, now I can go all in with Sky (or BT) I might save on the £120 anyway 😊

    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it 👍😊

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks the response. That service update is why I am chasing for more info, as it is very broad and gives us no sense of what the issue is, or why it might take “a couple of days” to address.

    @SkyHelpTeam If there is genuinely no timescale (could be weeks) and I cannot work without internet, which Sky cannot provide, please confirm if I place an order for broadband with an alternative supplier today, Sky will accept an early termination without penalty based upon the non service.
