The usual **** service from Sky. 2 hours waiting on live chat to cancel broadband that doesn’t work to get message saying they are now closed. Laughable @SkyHelpTeam I’ll just cancel the direct debit then. Done.

@SkyHelpTeam quick question. why do you have the worst internet connection in the history of internet connections. Small house with a booster and still have to connect with ethernet because you lose the slowest connection in the world. over £50 a month I pay. Absolute JOKE

Trying to renew a TV and broadband contract with @SkyUK is like entering a reverse lottery! Have been quoted increase of 20 % to 80% (for a lesser package) depending on who I spoke to! Been a customer for 13 years but my goodwill has runout. New customers get better deals.
