    @SkyHelpTeam my husband received a call offering a deal, he said he would think about it and call back however was told they could not access the same deals as the sales team that called him. We have now been waiting weeks for a call back. Can you help please?

    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @SkyHelpTeam wow your helpline is NO GOOD! We have no broadband, used the test on your website to troubleshoot and that test failed. Your automated phone service just sent me a text to follow the same advice I’ve already done. So now i’m stuck. How can I get help?!

    @ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it 👍😊

    @ms_manutd @SkyUK At the end of the day I'm not bothered about saving £35 / month if the service is crap 🙄 Besides, now I can go all in with Sky (or BT) I might save on the £120 anyway 😊

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @SkyHelpTeam #blackfriday offer ends in 4 hours. Call this number it says to me, an existing customer. The number is closed. Absolutely rubbish.

    @simmo_1977 @SkySports @harveybarnes97 Best way of experiencing Sky Sports is to tune in at kick off, switch off at final whistle. Their analysis and punditry is ******* woeful. Bad enough enduring their commentary during a match.

    @SkyHelpTeam As I've said before, there is nothing I can do to fix this. The issue is on your end and needs to be properly investigated. Please stop sending me copy & paste replies and get someone on the technical team to do some network investigation.

    Tuned in after 35 mins. From what I’ve seen we’ve been good, but I’m guessing from the SkySports commentary that we were terrible before that.
