    @SkyHelpTeam my husband received a call offering a deal, he said he would think about it and call back however was told they could not access the same deals as the sales team that called him. We have now been waiting weeks for a call back. Can you help please?

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I am having terrible signal issues with my broadband and going through your website you’ve told me there is an issue... says call you but you won’t prioritise my call because of key workers which I totally understand, but how can I get this sorted???

    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    @ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it 👍😊

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not addressed to me, I have no idea who the person is, it’s generic marketing but surely if we were a VIP customer you’d realise you don’t need to sell Sky to this address. It’s lazy poor marketing by Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam another poor customer service experience for a loyal customer. On going broadband issues, three calls all over 30mins on hold each time with three different answers and no call back as promised! Need this resolved ASAP or will be moving to @bt_uk

    @SkyHelpTeam Also do you deal with Sky Glass? The Chelsea Vs Spurs coverage is so choppy, keeps going to please wait for program to load, but if I flick to the 100 coverage that works fine - think there’s an issue your end somewhere

    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @virginmedia I’m not trying to make a complaint “now” was just saying what the app has that I used. This is ridiculous. Hopefully @SkyUK get broadband in my area soon. Never had this sort of issues with them before
