    @SkyUK shocking service. Nobody seems to want to help with issues and @SkyHelpTeam keep sending links we have already tried, nothing but issues since having skyQ!! Cannot wait to ditch them. Right now we're paying a stupid amount of money to NOT be able to watch what we want.🤬😡

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I am having terrible signal issues with my broadband and going through your website you’ve told me there is an issue... says call you but you won’t prioritise my call because of key workers which I totally understand, but how can I get this sorted???

    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    @SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. We moved house and the engineer is currently unable to come inside to install the dish, but e we were told we could use the apps on the box still (Netflix, Disney+ etc) however when we go on there it says satellite signal required. Can you help?

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports Weird to compare this the the Luiz one. Sake was heading to ground before any contact. He should have been booked for diving. David Luiz did bring his man down no matter how accidental it was and he was unlucky.
