@SkyHelpTeam Also do you deal with Sky Glass? The Chelsea Vs Spurs coverage is so choppy, keeps going to please wait for program to load, but if I flick to the 100 coverage that works fine - think there’s an issue your end somewhere

@SkyHelpTeam It has just come back on in the last half hour, but was off for over 24 hours. Some of the tips you came up with are just not practical in the area where we live, your company needs to review its support for its customers in rural & isolated locations.

@SkyHelpTeam How ironic. I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? The place Sky is going is in the rubbish bin where it belongs 😡😡.

@SkyHelpTeam well the good news my service is back from Sky if you can call the broadband a service. However only getting about 6 meg should be getting over 45. Utter garbage .

@nicurro @martynstorey @SkyHelpTeam Had the same issue as soon as SkyQ was put in. Terrible broadband speeds and coverage leading to numerous engineers visits. Not easy with 2 teenage lads on gaming devices. Been with Sky for years and had no issues at all up to SkyQ going in.

I'd like to see the players turn up, play and go home. If they want to support the Black Panthers, the KKK or ISIS off the pitch, that's up to them.

@SkyHelpTeam Can you be more specific on the issue please? Half my devices are working fine (eg router hard wired to TV), all Apple devices (connected via WiFi have issues). Can you provide any insight here?
