    @SkyHelpTeam Also do you deal with Sky Glass? The Chelsea Vs Spurs coverage is so choppy, keeps going to please wait for program to load, but if I flick to the 100 coverage that works fine - think there’s an issue your end somewhere

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I’ve tested it, followed all the sky advice so far, still no joy. Can you check & help, I can only get a mobile signs when I go for a walk

    @SkyHelpTeam It has just come back on in the last half hour, but was off for over 24 hours. Some of the tips you came up with are just not practical in the area where we live, your company needs to review its support for its customers in rural & isolated locations.

    @SkyHelpTeam well the good news my service is back from Sky if you can call the broadband a service. However only getting about 6 meg should be getting over 45. Utter garbage .

    @SkyHelpTeam How ironic. I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? The place Sky is going is in the rubbish bin where it belongs 😡😡.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not addressed to me, I have no idea who the person is, it’s generic marketing but surely if we were a VIP customer you’d realise you don’t need to sell Sky to this address. It’s lazy poor marketing by Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I get a message saying the channels are not available owing to a technical fault. Have reset and unplugged sky q. Broadband is fine so just Q tv. Its pouring down though. Lots of cloud cover. Will keep trying the standard solution. CF454HP. Can you recheck if down?

    @SkyHelpTeam seems like broadband not working in NE35 NE36 area. Lots of people saying their internet is dropping out all the time. Have done test and it says no problem in area but a number of people saying there is. Can you check?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi already had 2 engineers from openreach come and said the cable is broken. No one is telling when this is going to be fixed. I'm paying for WiFi that I have not had since 9th. You're not providing me the service I am paying you for!
