Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@SkyHelpTeam I won’t count on it 24 days and counting and still no proper answer. Yet sky is sending out free sky glass TVs to reviewers and influencers. Obviously mrs Hinch is more important than a paying customer!

@SkyHelpTeam your @SkySports app has become unusable. I’m a @virginmedia customer with sky sports package using an iPhone xr and the app will not play live video whether on wi fi or 4G. I’ve tried closing and restarting, logging out and in, restarting my phone and uninstalling

@SkyHelpTeam what #skyfarce this #skyglass ordering is. Over 3 weeks of waiting for a replacement for a faulty tv and they cancel your order and tell you you can now reorder and there’s no stock.
