    @SkyHelpTeam It’s been like this for 3 months... the step by step guides do not work. Sky Q box is fine, the mini box downstairs does this all the time, even though we have sky booster box and the mini box is hard wired in so shouldn’t be a connection issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t really want to put a complaint in, there isn’t any need because whether I do that or not, it’s not going to fix my sky at the moment. They know the issue and what to do, it’s just waiting for weeks to get an engineer here due to Covid 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam I have and we’ve done everything and it’s still not working. They said I need my main box hardwired into the booster which they can’t do until engineers are allowed in the house. They knocked £10 off my bill for the next two months but...

    My sky tv has gone off 10 times in 5 minutes and it does this every single day up to 30-40 times a day and has done for 3 months. Yet I can’t get an engineer out to rectify this issue for 1-2 months. Absolutely ridiculous @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam No, just keeps buffering. No error message, just repeatedly asked to sign in at random occasions. I’ve reset router, re installed app. Everything was fine after Q install 6 myths ago. Now keeps buffering and sometimes have internet connection issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam Having problems with pictures on live TV - constantly breaking up/showing 'no satellite signal'. Been through all suggestions. Booked engineer but not until 14th June 😔 We get no sky channels so don't think I should pay for a service I'm not getting. Pls help.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes it does. The service status page that links from that did also previously say there was an outage but now doesn’t. OK, so you’ve definitely got a problem. Any better update than a “few hours” to fix or is that as detailed as it gets?

    @oflynnsocial Normally @SkySports of late say the kneeling is a protest against injustice in the game. No-one ever specifies exactly what that means so no-one can ever disprove it or fix it.
