    @SkyUK shocking service. Nobody seems to want to help with issues and @SkyHelpTeam keep sending links we have already tried, nothing but issues since having skyQ!! Cannot wait to ditch them. Right now we're paying a stupid amount of money to NOT be able to watch what we want.🤬😡

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    Appaling service from @SkyHelpTeam Pay for a service, and then I am told ive exceeded my devices (only use 1) and no cant use my subscription. Have had to raise a case with my bank to recover the money that has been taken

    @SkyHelpTeam Sent a question regarding broadband in Stowmarket as keeps dropping out unable to use any device that requires broadband/wifi Been this way for a while. Says signal is poor run diagnostic and does not get a chance to finish before it drops out again😡 not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam I am still having this same problem. Your last agent talked me through a master reset and it’s made no difference. Can you advise on the next step because my feed is 1 minute 15 seconds delayed.

    Absolutely shocking service from @SkyUK today for my daughter. Her Nan waited in all day for the engineer when he turned up he trapped her fingers in the window(he was outside she was inside) And then said he wasn’t allowed in the property to complete the job absolutely livid
