    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @SkyHelpTeam disgraceful service expecting a loyal customer of 20+ years to pay upfront to recontract. Clearly you are only interested in new custom. You’ve just lost mine!

    @SkyUK non conclusion after 87 minutes ( but last agent very good) waiting to get cancellation waiver sent in writing for a contract I never agreed to. Call back tomorrow to try again to arrange home move - this will be about 1/2 day work when completed

    @SkySports Just switched on sky and your one smith was on switched straight to bt am I missing something is there a law you have to have a one repotting on games cause she’s brutal bt best of bad bunch bring back Charlie Phil and Matt sky have to be down viewers cause the one’s now brutal…

    @SkyHelpTeam I pre ordered the new iPhone 14 pro max.its not coming in my orders section.The order is confirmed.Its been a while since I heard back from sky regarding my pre order. Please help me with when it's going to arrive and why its can't i see it in my orders section.

    @FaustFury @SkyHelpTeam @debs_cath_jones A senior Team Leader should have this flagged and be sitting on it to ensure it's done. I know there is some strike action coming up at BT but they can be honest if that's the issue. Long passed being a helpdesk agent issue. Managerial failure, & brand damaging.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't have any emails from sky, this all started because nobody from sky told me when my landline was moved to BT i had to cancel my subscriptions to my sky channels and packages etc. Nobody told me

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately i was a sky q customer had to move to BT as sky was getting really expensive. I have never received any packaging from you for my sky q box and multi room box and router; i don't have a printer to print labels off to put onto my own packaging
