Some of the tips you came up with are just not practical in the area where we live, your company needs to review its support for its customers in rural & isolated locations.

They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum rec’d compensation as a goodwill gesture.
