Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

Wonder if any one from @SkySports will speak to anyone from #Pompey #PompeyCantWinAPlayOffGame #SureBet It was so turgid, abject, predictable, poor and rash tonight, looks like they players lost it before coming on to the pitch.

@SkyHelpTeam Not exactly - all background checks and hardware updates have been run, but with no improvement. Believed to be an issue with a background system, but don’t understand why this should take days to resolve. Having a significant impact on my working from home.

@SkyHelpTeam @laurenv999 We have HD, we have everything except movies. We can’t download in SD either. We’ve tried everything, we’ve been on the phone 4 times, they’ve already tried all this. Not good enough when we’re paying for a premium service but can’t use it. Can you sort out please?

@SkyUK had lots of issues last few days 3 hours in phone and was promised callback last night - then last night received text to say the subscription team hadn’t ID issue and promised call back by 7pm tonight - still nothing

@SkyHelpTeam 2/2....... No call back was made and it transpires the callback was moved to between 4pm-5pm this afternoon and yet again nobody called her back so my neighbour called herself but was told there was nobody available to help solve the issue and she would be called back in 24 hours

@SkyUK not impressed with your team who called me to see if i wanted an upgrade who argued what packages i had and demanded a reason for me not upgrading my phone or buying a tablet. How do i raise a complaint?
