  @CyanDippy No, same problem. After much ado Stephen from @SkyHelpTeam texted me: Hi...this is a wider known issue currently with windows 10 and Sky go compatibility. We are still investigating the issue in the background but we recommend contacting @MicrosoftHelps for a potential workaround

  @SkyHelpTeam It's much slower than it should be, the app doesn't work because it's confused with a previous account and your help team are laughable. They're not even allowed to arrange a call back. Which I want, btw.

  Morning everyone have a nice day. By the way anyone at home watching the Leeds 0-3 Chelsea game unfortunately I was how embarrassing 😳 for skysports turning the volume down at the Chelsea end but turning it up every time Romans name was sang no Chelsea representation either Ffs
