    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    I contacted @SkyHelpTeam in December, saying I moved abroad. I was told I still had to pay the end of my contract to July. Many phone calls, their team promised it would end. July - still take DD. Now they're saying i never gave notice (because it was by phone) /

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, have tried switching it off and on again. Have tried your tests through the app which initially say there is a problem with broadband, but then says all fine when test done. All done repeatedly, so can I get some help with my WiFi pls? 😤

    @SkyHelpTeam I am not happy as we have had a sky team come out today and they have told us we need to ring your company for more pods as our internet is slow My dad has tried to ring you and it cut off while on hold! Never got a call back! Having to try again! Great service 😡

    @SkyUK Why am I still unable to speak to anyone regarding a bill I don’t owe! I’ve called the number given and been told “to speak to a member of the team”, I have to pay the money I don’t owe. Your messaging service is no help. And I am being threatened with a debt collector…

    @SkyHelpTeam Just tried across two other devices, same problem. This is the primary way I use Sky and why I pay a premium rather then Sky Stream so it needs attention

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for responding. I’ve spoken to the broadband tech team daily for over a week. Each time I’m passed between departments, and today a Technical support manager refused to speak and left me on hold for 30+ mins and directed my call to different departments.
