Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@SkyHelpTeam thank you, my bill is paid however, I did not appreciate the email I received about the £10 late fine, I have just recovered from a very bad Covid and did not need the stress - and thought of others who may be struggling - some don't speak out - it adds worry

@SkyHelpTeam Engineer never arrived to install new ultrafast Hub. That was Monday 25th Jan. Not heard a thing since except someone will be in touch? What gives Sky? Will I get a call this month?

@SkyHelpTeam I did that before the visit was due, I'm told you can't come today anymore even though I'm 10 minutes up the road, not your fault but I'm absolutely disappointed with this service and phoning the competition instead.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm still unable to access the government pension tracing service website via Sky broadband. But works okay via mobile network. Surely this is a problem your end that needs resolving?
