    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @SkyHelpTeam (part 3) awful customer service. I would have expected, ok sorry to hear that … at the start of the call, and then suggest who could help - not hear me out for 20 odd mins and then try and palm off the call! So, I’ve been with Sky TV etc, 23 yrs, in fact this was confirmed …

    @bridgeexaminer @SkyHelpTeam It is for me as I have 4 mini boxes at the min and can only use 2 at a time which can be annoying…. I wanted 2 Glass TVs and 4 pucks and it would solve all my problems…. Just hope my internet is good enough!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Well, I had to literally spell out what I felt would be reasonable level of expected customer service. They wanted to just pass on the call to the app/ technical department, this is after I’d been on a call with them for approx 20/30 mins explaining everything and they (part 1)
