    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @SkySports @tamsingreenway The problem is ladies want equal statues of sports were they are not competitive either. Golf, football, tennis etc. No problem with Snooker or darts if they compete on a level playing field .

    @SkyHelpTeam So I cannot safely protect my family online without being charged for it? That's not what I expect as a long standing customer. Surely you have options for families to be protected online? The shield does not work as it's an all or nothing? Working from home I need flexibility..

    @SkyHelpTeam have been having problems accessing on demand services for the last couple of days. Was promised call backs that never happened. Sick of the bs lies from your ca advisors. Can I cancel my contract I've had enough ?

    Genuinely had more issues with @skytv and Broadband the couple of weeks we've been with Sky than we had with Virgin in the ~5 years we had with them. Just 17 months until we can switch back. @SkyHelpTeam.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you clear something up for me, if you have Sky q equipment, it is not owned by the customer it is "rented" is that right? If so, why would I need Sky protect as if there's a problem with my sky q box, surely as it is rented it is up to you to fix it?

    @SkyHelpTeam Nice customer service, so still not solving the problem but quite happy for a customer to leave after 12 years. Excellent. Virgin media here I come

    @Eurosport_UK So annoyed at you #Eurosportuk I hate using "an app" that's why I've got a huge TV. Web is such a faff though a smart TV, one of the few reasons I keep @SkyUK is to watch all the LIVE bikes on my TV not a crappy phone or pc screen. Poor performance by your schedulers @MCNnews

    @SkyHelpTeam Then why not offer further assistance? Why not look into the reasons why your staff have not rang back as they said they would. Or that I was told that there was a problem in the area when there isn't one with all my neighbours. The customer service so far has been abysmal.
