    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    So many scam calls in the last 24 hours pretending to be @SkyUK. Even ended up on the phone to another customer they were scamming today!

    @SkyHelpTeam 1hr 6 mins currently on hold to get though to sky help team! Start of call says within 4 mins - shocking. Skymob 4g is awful, your staff promise help and don’t fill out forms and promise to call you back and never do, call 4 to try fix my issues! Still waiting

    @SkyHelpTeam why is it so difficult to escalate a call in customer services. Such poor efforts and attitudes from the CS teams on the phone. Does sky really dislike its customers that much?

    @SkyUK You've sent 3 different pairs of engineers none who had the long ladders required,one of them spilt the beans and told me he'd just been to a customer in Fulham who had been cancelled 4 times for an appointment, and for this you're charging me over double what you're advertising

    @SkyHelpTeam I received a prepaid postage box to return after cancelling sky but I’ve already signed back up to a new contract after they offered a better deal. It doesn’t say what to return and since I signed back up and never left what am I actually returning?
