    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @SkyHelpTeam Done all of that. Waiting for full network tests which take a week! No doubt another engineer will be out a few weeks after that. Not like I use broadband every day or that I work from home or anything 🙄So no rush 🐌🤯

    @SkyUK your app and website are poor. I can’t even add channels. I can’t even do it directly on the skybox. My broadband with you is terrible - so bad I think dial up was probably better. Seriously, be an oligopoly if u must - but have some decency in the product you provide
