Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

So many scam calls in the last 24 hours pretending to be @SkyUK. Even ended up on the phone to another customer they were scamming today!

@SkyHelpTeam update,rang the team again,spoke to a new person about our problem,got assigned a case no.this time,got sent yet another router,promised a phone call at 1230 Sat to check,no phone call,rang today,asked to speak to our case manager,promised a call back before 12,no call,Shocking!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did, these were confirmed ages ago. I also raised a complaint which the lady did for me, but that was closed straight away as she had done everything she could by asking someone else if it was possible to switch it back. I’d like to see a copy of your complaint policy pls

@SkyHelpTeam Raging at you. My mum haas just taken delivery of sky glass. They've handed it over to her and not shown her how to get it going. She's on her own and no one to help her. They also moved her other TV out of the way, now she has no TV at all. Is this the process?

Was told by a sky engineer on Wednesday morning that I would be contacted by @SkyHelpTeam within 72 hours to sort out an issue that has been going on for well over a month now…still no contact from them! 3 times they have been out to sort the issue but still not fixed! 🤬🤬

Oh dear @SkyUK 12 years of being with you and I've had the worst customer experience today 😞 20 minsnon hold then phone put down and another 32 mins on hold and no support or help and no call back when 'disconnected'.

@SkyUK Sky is almost total ****, even with new box & complaining it just disconnects me frequently, avoid like the plague. Also expensive rip off.

@SkyUK From what I can see, there's less content, you can't record, you have to rely on catchup tv, which isn't always reliable. The biggest issue is that if you have a problem with your Internet, you can't watch anything.

@SkyUK amazing how u can be on call telling someone ur signal is really bad on ur new phone & they say turn your WiFi off, I said if I do that I, will lose signal, he insisted I turned it off & he was gone! 🙈 now ringing again on hold waiting for someone to answer!! 🤬
