Some of the tips you came up with are just not practical in the area where we live, your company needs to review its support for its customers in rural & isolated locations.

Had 12 months of constant drop in service TV, constantly buffering when watching mini box. 5 different engineers been out. Weβre going back to BT at the end of the month never had any issues with them
