Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@RobboTaylor @SkyHelpTeam The bots on here are chocolate fireguards. They refuse to acknowledge any issues to do with UHD. When i mentioned the sound drop outs, I got the usual "There's no issues". YES THERE IS. EVERY CUSTOMER WITH UHD HAS THE ISSUE.

@SkyUK @SkyCorporate are absolutely rip off. Im disappointed in your customer sevice team. I called to try and get my internet fixed (only way engineer suggest was to change router) but the call handler try to make me buy more things. And was not letting me talk go the manager.

@SkyHelpTeam what a sorry excuse for a company this is. A price increase of just shy of £30 in this current climate is shocking. ‘Customer service’ team as they’re known as has the great idea of saving money by offering a new package that costs even more. What planet are you on?
