@SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, internet keeps going down intermittently throughout the day, i get a yellow/amber LED showing on the sky router for about 30 secs & then it goes green & everything start working again, its plugged into the main BT socket & i swapped the filter, several months.

@SkyHelpTeam Nah...tried all that. It's not anything to do with customer end its your service. The fact that it happens part way through the day suggests a concurrency issue on your servers. You did something to fix it yesterday...suggest you use the same resolution now

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have a Virgin box. But we have Sky channels as part of the package. All other sky channels and sky Cinema movies have audio. But not Cabin Fever. It's not a huge deal but just wanted to know of this problem was on my end.
