@SkyHelpTeam Sent a question regarding broadband in Stowmarket as keeps dropping out unable to use any device that requires broadband/wifi Been this way for a while. Says signal is poor run diagnostic and does not get a chance to finish before it drops out again😡 not good enough

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

What's going on @SkyHelpTeam @skytv we've been in an online chat for over 2.5 hours and the "customer service expert" still hasn't managed to offer below £83 (new customers £74) or cancel the subscription (we've asked 5 times now).

@SkyHelpTeam Just had a call offering me free multiroom for 6 months and told I could cancel after this period, had seen a similar offer skyvip but with 18 month contract. When I asked about this she hung up! Feel like I was being mid-sold if I’m being honest!!
