Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@SkyHelpTeam Carol, the content problem is, I don’t believe a Sky issue. It’s BBC iPlayer I think? When watching a program “live” but restarted on BBC iPlayer, moving to another room and therefore another tv/puck, as BBC iPlayer don’t put immediately broadcast programs you are stuffed.
