    @SkyHelpTeam broadband is terrible in comparison to when I was with @bt_uk…Constant drop outs, signal doesn't even reach every room! Shame @bt_uk priced me out of staying with them!

    Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

    @SkyUK shocking service. Nobody seems to want to help with issues and @SkyHelpTeam keep sending links we have already tried, nothing but issues since having skyQ!! Cannot wait to ditch them. Right now we're paying a stupid amount of money to NOT be able to watch what we want.🤬😡

    @virginmedia I am paying for skysports/cinema, BTsport but not had these channels for over 2 weeks. I really cannot call or text any more as I think I have spent 2 weeks doing so. VM has no customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a communal dish, I've had no signal since Sunday night, I have reported this to @gatesheadhc and @gateshead twice since then, their 3rd party engineer still hasn't attended to repair. Could you send an engineer to fix it and invoice the council for the work?

    @SkyHelpTeam Respectfully, I know it's not your fault personally I'm just highlighting a problem. 3 engineers have not fixed this, and the numerous people on the phone. I doubt you can help. The sooner Sky admit there is a problem with their kit we can all move on and not AWAY from Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam As soon as I am able to return to work. I will be switching Internet providers. I am messaging using mobile data. I have lost so many hours of work through slow or no Internet connection.

    @SkyHelpTeam Any ideas why I'm all of a sudden not getting any satellite signal? Nothing is obstructing my dish, and nothing has changed but I can't watch any channels, no matter how many time I reset the box and follow online instructions.
