    @SkyHelpTeam Sent a question regarding broadband in Stowmarket as keeps dropping out unable to use any device that requires broadband/wifi Been this way for a while. Says signal is poor run diagnostic and does not get a chance to finish before it drops out again😡 not good enough

    @SkyUK our sky q multi room boxes and sky q hub are getting very hot. To the point it’s warped our oak side board. We’ve had one of your new sky q main boxes which has the external power unit on the cable. Its affecting our internet to the point it just keeps cutting out! Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I have yes, and re started my phone. It happens every time I try and sign in. Says i'm not connected to a network even though I have internet and wifi all working ok. I always have to re set my password to gain access (password is correct and saved by apple)

    @SkyUK I've have no dial tone on my landline all morning. Tried contacting you on a 25ppm number, and been told that there's a 10 minute wait. A relative called on my behalf, and they were told to use the live chat option, but Sky do not offer this service any more.
