@SkyHelpTeam Sent a question regarding broadband in Stowmarket as keeps dropping out unable to use any device that requires broadband/wifi Been this way for a while. Says signal is poor run diagnostic and does not get a chance to finish before it drops out again😡 not good enough

Compliments where compliments are due! I can honestly say I am so super impressed with the quality of service with @YourSSE broadband! Not a single drop in connection and no problems at all! I battled for years with constant connection issues with @SkyUK @BT and @VodafoneUK.

@SkyHelpTeam Playback on recordings are stalling like they’re downloading, freezing for a few seconds then plays again. But does it every 10minutes. Also changing channels takes few seconds to load just seems like the box is struggling. Checked signal and it’s good, memory is fine also..
