    @WeAreOpenreach are an absolute joke!! We have been without internet since the 30th march. We have no way of contacting them and even our provider @SkyUK can’t contact them directly. They have known the issue since 30th march and still can’t get someone out to fix it!!

    @SkyHelpTeam It has just come back on in the last half hour, but was off for over 24 hours. Some of the tips you came up with are just not practical in the area where we live, your company needs to review its support for its customers in rural & isolated locations.

    @SkyHelpTeam Also do you deal with Sky Glass? The Chelsea Vs Spurs coverage is so choppy, keeps going to please wait for program to load, but if I flick to the 100 coverage that works fine - think there’s an issue your end somewhere

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky . The elephant in the room . The circle of doom. Paramount+ error messages and we'll be back soon . We're working on it . I was so pleased as it is an extra for Sky cinema subscribers . Do I have to keep trying ? Or wait for a solution ?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK we are still waiting for our internet to be fixed. We are new customers, installation on Wed 30th July, engineer was great but said that due to a PON issue @BT OpenReach would need to solve an issue with one of their units outside the property
