    @SkyHelpTeam Also do you deal with Sky Glass? The Chelsea Vs Spurs coverage is so choppy, keeps going to please wait for program to load, but if I flick to the 100 coverage that works fine - think there’s an issue your end somewhere

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear Sky . The elephant in the room . The circle of doom. Paramount+ error messages and we'll be back soon . We're working on it . I was so pleased as it is an extra for Sky cinema subscribers . Do I have to keep trying ? Or wait for a solution ?

    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a key worker & have been trying for weeks to speak to someone from your team. The call options are so restricted that it cuts you off & no live chat or help on the app or website. Since upgrading my package, my bills are not what they should be, plus other issue

    @SkyHelpTeam having lots of trouble with my main sky q box. Having to reboot 2-3 times a day and regularly loses internet and not able to download programmes. Record ing is hit and miss too.

    @davebullockafc @SkyHelpTeam You’ve hit the nail on the head Dave. I cancelled my Sky Glass order for this very reason, Sky sold it as a cloud based playlist but playing through 3rd party apps is extremely poor and a terrible user experience. A step backwards in my opinion!

    @SkyHelpTeam in the 22 years I've had sky tv I've never seen anything so ridiculously complicated and long winded as trying to view stuff we would normally watch using sky glass and that's after you have to register to watch mainstream channels like bbc and itv etc.. ludicrous
