@SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

Just emailed @Ofcom about @SkyUK, they have robbed me of over £487 & yet they want another £127 to avoid being cut off, they claim they can’t find payments & then proceed to take the same amount twice then refuse to pay any of it back feels like robbery to me hope @Ofcom can help
