@WeAreOpenreach are an absolute joke!! We have been without internet since the 30th march. We have no way of contacting them and even our provider @SkyUK can’t contact them directly. They have known the issue since 30th march and still can’t get someone out to fix it!!

@SkyHelpTeam Also do you deal with Sky Glass? The Chelsea Vs Spurs coverage is so choppy, keeps going to please wait for program to load, but if I flick to the 100 coverage that works fine - think there’s an issue your end somewhere

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband is running very slow. I have done the line tests and all it says, is that it might be caused by extreme weather and will return to normal in 7 days. We haven’t had any extreme weather since it dropped 5 days ago. It’s well below my min guaranteed speed.

@SkyHelpTeam No it doesn't help whatsoever. I was told when I purchased sky glass, programmes would stay on the planner for a year. That was one of your selling points. Very disappointed

@NOWTV i have a NowTV box which is currently signed into my dads account, he doesnt have skysports package. I have got skysports on my account. Please can you advise how you can sign out of one account and login to another as i have checked all the setting and there is no account
