    @SkyUK shocking service. Nobody seems to want to help with issues and @SkyHelpTeam keep sending links we have already tried, nothing but issues since having skyQ!! Cannot wait to ditch them. Right now we're paying a stupid amount of money to NOT be able to watch what we want.🤬😡

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I am having terrible signal issues with my broadband and going through your website you’ve told me there is an issue... says call you but you won’t prioritise my call because of key workers which I totally understand, but how can I get this sorted???

    @SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a key worker & have been trying for weeks to speak to someone from your team. The call options are so restricted that it cuts you off & no live chat or help on the app or website. Since upgrading my package, my bills are not what they should be, plus other issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah luckily it was back on when I woke up but this seems to always happen at the worst possible time when I was trying to upload a video to YouTube. If this continues I will have to consider switching to another provider.

    @SkyHelpTeam It happens on every device. It used to automatically launch when it went down. But it hasn't for ages. When it doesn't come back on and I phone it normally comes back on while I'm on the phone so it's no further action from sky. They don't help further.

    @SkySports 100 million for a footballer, the sport has gone mad, sorry when people who earn wages that they struggle to make ends meet and clubs want 40 pound and up to watch a game. Doctors and nurses on crap money keeping people alive and well, it's not right.

    @SkySports Agreed. I never practiced headers when i was teaching kids. It is part of the game though, footballs are allot lighter, this could possibly the limit damage but i am no medical expert.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi can you please help me? I have had 3 texts now telling me to return equipment or I will be charged. I returned the Sky Q Mini on 09/07. The last time I called regarding this I was told she could see the return pending and there was no action to take.

    @SkyHelpTeam NINE YEARS YOU’VE BEEN REPEATING THE SAME THING. It’s utter rubbish. There are no concrete plans. The router now has issues which @ThreeUKSupport are trying to sort. If I didn’t need to eat and pay bills I’d leave my job because of the stress this causes 🤬
