@SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

@WeAreOpenreach are an absolute joke!! We have been without internet since the 30th march. We have no way of contacting them and even our provider @SkyUK can’t contact them directly. They have known the issue since 30th march and still can’t get someone out to fix it!!

@SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

@SkyHelpTeam Nope none and it works on other recordings. Just the boxing. It'll defo appears to be recording but just isn't playing nice on the recording. We've never had this before. Boyf now switching off box and back on again.
