We have no way of contacting them and even our provider @SkyUK can’t contact them directly. They have known the issue since 30th march and still can’t get someone out to fix it!!

Pete (@fergalson) reported@SkyUK whatever you are paying your network team, you need to cut it. A quick google, or use of copilot shows that THE ROUTER CANNOT CAUSE A RED LOS. Openreach engineer has said it’s an issue with sky, my neighbours are having the same issue USING the sky router.
