I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? My husband received a phone call from them yesterday advising him of an overdue payment, so he paid the £113 as requested. Today the internet is disconnected and they have now advised him it will remain disconnected for 8 days! He is now having to request the phone call recording - what a shame - we thought England was more advanced than Australia but obviously not!
