I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? We have no way of contacting them and even our provider @SkyUK can’t contact them directly. They have known the issue since 30th march and still can’t get someone out to fix it!!
