    @SkyHelpTeam another rubbish night of Sky broadband. Had enough of their rubbish service. Moving to a decent provider . Just about made 1 meg tonight should be about 50.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam well the good news my service is back from Sky if you can call the broadband a service. However only getting about 6 meg should be getting over 45. Utter garbage .

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not addressed to me, I have no idea who the person is, it’s generic marketing but surely if we were a VIP customer you’d realise you don’t need to sell Sky to this address. It’s lazy poor marketing by Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Another poor performance from Sky again. My router used to connect at 56 meg I checked tonight and it’s down to 48 but sadly it’s just above the 45 minimum so Sky won’t do anything😡. Roll on November then I can escape .

    @SkyHelpTeam How ironic. I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? The place Sky is going is in the rubbish bin where it belongs 😡😡.

    @SkySports hang your heads in shame. No live premiership game at 2pm because women’s FA Cup game is kicking off? Why can’t you put it on and let the subscription payer decide what they want to watch? Disgraceful decision

    @SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have a sort of ongoing email address with you, as in I receive emails to my phone but I can't access them via the website anymore, I'm no longer with you as in paying customer but I thought my email would still be going, is this not the case.

    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to watch F1 on Sky Go. Sound is about 5 secs out of sync. Had a look online, seems like an awful lot of people are having the same issue & it's all being caused by the Workday audio clip which plays when you load the channel. How come no one is fixing this?

    @icecedes That wasn’t a slip up, ted has been one of the only people to actually show support for Hamilton on tv, and not succumb to the silence of F1 and SkySports. So yea that was not an accident, I rate ted man, one of the only ones who actually speak any sense
