    @SkyHelpTeam I am a key worker & have been trying for weeks to speak to someone from your team. The call options are so restricted that it cuts you off & no live chat or help on the app or website. Since upgrading my package, my bills are not what they should be, plus other issue

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I am having terrible signal issues with my broadband and going through your website you’ve told me there is an issue... says call you but you won’t prioritise my call because of key workers which I totally understand, but how can I get this sorted???

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    As if being a @ManUtd fan at the moment doesn’t come with serious issues @SkySports have two LFC mouthpieces to rub in the salt. Poor form not limited to sports teams

    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    @rollingcreation @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I’m soooo lucky they can squeeze me in this month...... But it’s ok, because as the Customer Service tells me: “You can still watch on your PlayStation”..... Ideal for a family of four that share no common TV interests.....

    @legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

    @SkyHelpTeam my husband received a call offering a deal, he said he would think about it and call back however was told they could not access the same deals as the sales team that called him. We have now been waiting weeks for a call back. Can you help please?

    @ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it 👍😊

    @SkySports I still can't believe that real account manager exist I am so happy trading with @Dorothy0906 i never took her serious because I taught she was a scam like others ,until my first withdrawal of $10,000 within just one week of trading! I am so grateful to her and i can't keep this

    @SkyHelpTeam Who do I write to, to complain at your poor plans to cover the Bundesliga? Showing one or two matches a week is grim. I want to know why you're not providing extra streams to cover all the non Sat 1430 fixtures.

    @RaphaelSteely @SkySports Would’ve been the same with Grealish in the side. The issue today was balance. Improved when playing with 3 midfielders instead of 2. That’ll be a lesson learned early
