    @SkyHelpTeam I am a key worker & have been trying for weeks to speak to someone from your team. The call options are so restricted that it cuts you off & no live chat or help on the app or website. Since upgrading my package, my bills are not what they should be, plus other issue

    @rollingcreation @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I’m soooo lucky they can squeeze me in this month...... But it’s ok, because as the Customer Service tells me: “You can still watch on your PlayStation”..... Ideal for a family of four that share no common TV interests.....

    @SkyHelpTeam Reward would come, ignore email sent on May 30th stating your friend has not become an active Sky TV customer, so unfortunately you don't qualify for an Introduce a Friend reward, & which they did in June because of COVID not fault of their own, did refer a friend on Feb 29th

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I am having terrible signal issues with my broadband and going through your website you’ve told me there is an issue... says call you but you won’t prioritise my call because of key workers which I totally understand, but how can I get this sorted???

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not addressed to me, I have no idea who the person is, it’s generic marketing but surely if we were a VIP customer you’d realise you don’t need to sell Sky to this address. It’s lazy poor marketing by Sky

    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

    @SkyHelpTeam @itscoxyofficial Shocking service. Delighted I’m not with sky but have friends affected. Router in sync but no authentication. Sky, why don’t you just tell your customers what the problem is? It’s a fibre break, where? If it’s a server issue, then share that too.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes we have been through that, tried ringing the support team and just get an automated message saying that there is a problem at the exchange and tit will be back up as soon as possible, it has been down since 9:30 this morning

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have access to the MySky app either. This is the first time I’ve hd this problem. We have recently upgraded our broadband. The internet light on the router is amber and is like that when I reset

    @SkyHelpTeam I waited 4 weeks for SkyQ upgrade then engineer came without the right ladder despite having a DAT code for the difficult access on the order. Now have to wait another SIX WEEKS for next available time. Extremely dissatisfied customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam The test reports no issues but then it never shows a problem and the freezing goes away after a period of time. It’s ok now but still intensely frustrating when we first switch on.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Internet speed in SE6 is fluctuating between 30mbs and 55mbs (usually 64mb). The broadband checker is reporting no issues. Any ideas if there is a problem in the SE area?
