    @SkyUK why are you making it so increasingly difficult for customers to contact you? Your app isn't working, you won't allow us to phone up, and the online process is so convoluted it's unreal. I'm trying to sort an issue you "fixed" but have actually made worse!

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @ms_manutd @SkyUK Thanks. I've had Sky for 15+ years and BT Sport since they got the CL. I've rarely had any problems with either, but Virgin was going to save me money. I'd really prefer to stay with Sky especially now they can provide BT Sport. You may have just swung it 👍😊

    @SkyHelpTeam my husband received a call offering a deal, he said he would think about it and call back however was told they could not access the same deals as the sales team that called him. We have now been waiting weeks for a call back. Can you help please?

    @legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have numerous times. They told me to contact @OpenreachHelp safety teams. Open reach then told me to contact my provider. Got back to sky straight away and were told they couldn’t promise anyone coming out to solve the problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely appalling service! Moved house and now gone over 2 weeks with no internet. Have been left for over a week with no access to my front door due to a huge hole being dug up and left. Complete health and safety nightmare, with a fire exit un-usable. Pt1

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. My Sky Q box is down again. It seemed to freeze in the storm yesterday. I’ve turned it off and on multiple times and I can’t get the TV to switch on. The volume on the remote stopped working weeks ago. Sky Q seems really flaky compared to the earlier Sky box.
