@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

@legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

@SkyHelpTeam we upgraded to get the sky f1 channel about an hour ago and it’s displaying a satellite signal issue message. It’s the only channel that’s not working. Tried restarting the box but still not working.
