@SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

@SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

@SkyHelpTeam It is a recorded message saying there Is a problem and it needs to run a second test which may cut the phone off. It runs the test and cuts the phone off. We have tried a spare router and it has the same issue which points to a connection issue as the phone line still works

@SkyHelpTeam So I've been told that it's an error with the system. Out TV package deal has expired but broadband hasn't. Your system has charged up extra for broadband even tho still in contract. Been confirmed that you have broken our contract!! Not good, not good at all.
