Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

@DaveWallsworth @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Nope. I moved back to BT after trying Vodafone, Plusnet amd Sky. Even though it all comes down the same line, other people in the village have problems and aren't on BT. I know they are not the cheapest but are extremely reliable. Cheap is not always best.

@SkyHelpTeam We can stream sites like YouTube, Twitch in HD no problem and getting 40mb down on test so how could it be a line issue? It's specifically the way that websites are loading that are affected (and Amazon is also down - via Down Detector)
