    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve made 7 phone calls over the last week and finally ‘Francis’ has made sense of a bad situation ... I’m not overly confident and, as a loyal customer, hugely disappointed... if there’s anyway of tracing ‘Scottish Francis’ - the guy deserves a gold star or donut 🍩

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

If the strategy is invest less in the team when we're in a bad way how will we ever catch up. They can't be that dumb.

    Oh and how do I know this probably the cause of my outage well by time I ran thru tests on @SkyHelpTeam website & booked engineer & ran down to box on street there was an open reach van just pulling out of car park adjacent to the box where my line is.
