@SkyHelpTeam @tomdown1984 Absolutely useless, loads of people contacting you saying the same thing, yet it's a problem with all of our Sky boxes and not a problem with Sky Ultra. Maybe stop fobbing everyone off and actually report the problem and try and actually help.

@garythomas0409 @SkyHelpTeam Parents had the same issue (Samsung TV) the only "fix" I found was, in the settings change the uhd resolution to 8bit rather than 10bit. It'll mean you won't have HDR, but you will have a brighter 4k image 👍
