@SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

@SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

I love the confidence with which @SkyUK engineers tell you that your wifi sucks & cannot be fixed because “Wifi doesn’t like glass, mirrors, steel beams, tiles, polished surfaces, walls etc”. basically - houses. But their line is perfect. No chance of a tech glitch. Idiots!

@SkyHelpTeam Right. First off, the agent i dealt with I can't fault. However, the engineer has said the only way to move forward is to trail a wire over the roof because of structural issues. I don't want to do this. I'm in my 'cooling off' period but can't can't get hold of anyone.
