Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam None of this worked. From looking online and at people also tweeting you, this appears to be a Sky wide issue that you are ignoring and not accepting responsibility for? I have managed to get an engineer booked for today but you need to sort this out ASAP
