    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and I’ve heard nothing. The issue isn’t specific to my account as it happens just when loading the app, before logging in. It’s a technical fault and I should be updated when it’s resolved

    @SkyHelpTeam No, what i’m saying is the line drops so quickly and comes back up in 30 secs or so later you can get to the physically get to test it quick enough. Its not that I can’t do it because i have no internet, i have 5g. When you’re WFH it doesn’t help that it drops during meetings.
