    @SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam can’t get any help on the phone. My bill has tripled and I can’t talk to anyone until I pay £180, my bill is usually £33. This isn’t on at all, I can see why people are using IPTV more and more

    @SkyUK We told them our property address, they took a look and said they couldn't provide a decent quality of service to the house for broadband and so we couldn't transfer our service.

    @SkyHelpTeam having constant issues with broadband/WiFi since sky q installed, followed all the help screens, changed to every channe, major issues tonight cannot connect at all, only have sky q, PS4 and iPhone using. Used to be perfect

    interesting thing I didn’t know. daughter at home today when Rob the virgin engineer quietly put a ‘I need access to your house’ to fix the internet card in the letter box and ran off before my daughter could catch him. @richardbranson @SkyUK @bt_uk @Virgin_Victoria @virginmedia

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been having the same issue the only way I have managed to get it up and running again is by holding the black botton at the back of the skyhub box until it turns red after that you should have the 3 green light back on
