    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve made 7 phone calls over the last week and finally ‘Francis’ has made sense of a bad situation ... I’m not overly confident and, as a loyal customer, hugely disappointed... if there’s anyway of tracing ‘Scottish Francis’ - the guy deserves a gold star or donut 🍩

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

    @BryonyButcher @SkyHelpTeam We thought it was just us, also down since 9pm yesterday. So far no one at Sky seems to know the foggiest - it tells me specifically on the OpenReach site that I should contact my ISP (I.e. Sky) for info/help.
