@SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

@SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with broadband in SG9? Connection keeps coming and going, run tests and it says there’s no problem. Keeps happening, getting to the point where we’re thinking of changing ISP

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@Statistuta @SkyHelpTeam Like a lot of customer service teams they’re good until something goes wrong. Then their processes and systems are unwieldy and not at all customer friendly. Any company that provides useful customer service would be a godsend.

So, 2 weeks after Open Reach came out to dig up in front of my house and fix my Internet issues once and for all, it's broken again. Always around 10pm at night it drops. Bizarre. Not sure where we go from here @SkyHelpTeam? Your app says it's back up and running. It isn't.
