I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@SkyHelpTeam Another poor performance from Sky again. My router used to connect at 56 meg I checked tonight and it’s down to 48 but sadly it’s just above the 45 minimum so Sky won’t do anything😡. Roll on November then I can escape .

I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? Don’t you think you should give us some info?
