    @ITVBoxOffice bought tonight’s fight on several occasions, looks like only 1 payment taken but no boxing still.... wasting my Saturday night on hold to you for 40 mins so far. I give up and will never use again. Stick with #SkySports just refund me pls

    @SkyHelpTeam Another poor performance from Sky again. My router used to connect at 56 meg I checked tonight and it’s down to 48 but sadly it’s just above the 45 minimum so Sky won’t do anything😡. Roll on November then I can escape .

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam relocated my tv due to buying new sofas but our aerials are too short. I have tried calling the support desk but the automated support doesn't have this feature can a sky engineer rectify? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

    Absolute shambles of a service from @SkyHelpTeam as wont answer questions on billing, just had to recontract and the amount it quoted is about £24 less than it’s says my future bill is going to be yet you’re happy to take the overpayment with no explanation 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam we’ve had no sky tv since the stormy weather last week. Tried all the tips, can’t book engineer online as not Sky Q customer, and rang to be told I’m not in a special category and should use the app (that is for Sky Q only!) getting seriously fed up with this now

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with broadband in SG9? Connection keeps coming and going, run tests and it says there’s no problem. Keeps happening, getting to the point where we’re thinking of changing ISP

    @SkyUK customer of nearly 19 years. I’ve moved home, the engineer came out & advised sky q can’t be set up & to get sky stream instead. I’m astonished that new customers can get this for half the price I can and there is no budging on that. I have cancelled my account!

    @SkyHelpTeam getting hung up on a phone call by your representatives is great. Your agent put me back into contract without my consent and now you want £300 for me to leave after he said I would not have to pay to leave. Who can I speak to who won't hang up on me about this.
