    @SkyHelpTeam Currently have no way of controlling my heating as hive won’t work (glad it’s only 2°) can’t access most of my sky tv and having to use up my phone data as broadband still down in CM23 area and all you keep saying is no update! Don’t you think you should give us some info?

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam relocated my tv due to buying new sofas but our aerials are too short. I have tried calling the support desk but the automated support doesn't have this feature can a sky engineer rectify? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Another poor performance from Sky again. My router used to connect at 56 meg I checked tonight and it’s down to 48 but sadly it’s just above the 45 minimum so Sky won’t do anything😡. Roll on November then I can escape .

    @SkyUK your phone in service is absolutely terrible the worst in uk. Asking stupid questions over n over n then tries to force you to go online before finally getting a person to speak to but then you have to answer all the same questions again.

    Is SkySports dying a slow painful death? All I see on here are people slagging off the content, presenters, cost etc. They seem to be losing out a lot of things to other platforms recently.

    @SkyUK would love to be able to use my phone when out, but I either have no signal and it says SOS, 3G, but even on 4G nothing will load and messages won’t send. It’s been months like this now, with no improvement. Seriously considering changing. 4 of us all on Sky, all the same

    @Slicey_Mufc Yeah I have and 90m was never the fee LOL they set a fee of £69m that Arsenal didn't want to pay, I just showed you SkySports reporting it over 2 months ago LOL
