@SkyHelpTeam Why? The game is done. My complaint was over 12hours ago. To be honest I've been complaining about the poor coverage of @NetballSL @SkyNetball since the season started, and with 3 weeks left of the season, I don't expect any changes now.

@SkyHelpTeam It seems like you're trying to suggest the fault is on my end of things... There is a shocking issue with the Sky feed of every game. The graphics, the audio, the video feed of the game. Are you trying to suggest there isn't an issue with the Sky sports production of VNSL??

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

@SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with broadband in SG9? Connection keeps coming and going, run tests and it says there’s no problem. Keeps happening, getting to the point where we’re thinking of changing ISP

@SkyHelpTeam The commentary team even mentioned it... I go round in circles with you all. I'm told to contact during the game as the issue is happening, you take over 12hrs to respond & dismiss me, or point me to V/R, they tell me they're sorry & tell me to contact you as the issues happen...

@SkyHelpTeam How ironic. I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? The place Sky is going is in the rubbish bin where it belongs 😡😡.

@SkyUK is such a joke! Just spent 30 mins on the phone looking to reduce my costs. The agent removed part of my package but didn’t realise that there were dependencies- and now my package is even more than when I rang up. Would never have signed up if I knew they were like this!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply. They said it cannot be reactivated. Although didn’t confirm it’s fully cancelled. It’s not working so I guess it ended. I’ve just shelled out for an EE WiFi thing that’s cost way more than the £30 compo offered by Sky. Likely to cancel Sky over this.
