@SkyHelpTeam well the good news my service is back from Sky if you can call the broadband a service. However only getting about 6 meg should be getting over 45. Utter garbage .

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam It seems like you're trying to suggest the fault is on my end of things... There is a shocking issue with the Sky feed of every game. The graphics, the audio, the video feed of the game. Are you trying to suggest there isn't an issue with the Sky sports production of VNSL??

@SkyHelpTeam How ironic. I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? The place Sky is going is in the rubbish bin where it belongs 😡😡.

@SkyHelpTeam The commentary team even mentioned it... I go round in circles with you all. I'm told to contact during the game as the issue is happening, you take over 12hrs to respond & dismiss me, or point me to V/R, they tell me they're sorry & tell me to contact you as the issues happen...

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

@SkyHelpTeam A bit of a misleading tag name then Liam. @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been totally left without internet for 4 days now. I depend upon this for my job. I’ve been lied to about couriering out a hub, and no one takes ownership. Appalling customer service. You guys just don’t care.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam. I've had a whole day wasted waiting for an engineer to come and check my landline. Time given was between 8am & 1pm. Line still not working. And on the App says still in progress. No contact at all from @SkyHelpTeam . Not impressed.

@SkyHelpTeam Then you need to have a word with your Broadband support team because that is EXACTLY what they promised. They even mentioned the courier name DPD. So can you please now act on that promise, or do you want me to believe that Sky have just spinning me a line?
