    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

    @SkyHelpTeam It seems like you're trying to suggest the fault is on my end of things... There is a shocking issue with the Sky feed of every game. The graphics, the audio, the video feed of the game. Are you trying to suggest there isn't an issue with the Sky sports production of VNSL??

    @SkyHelpTeam How ironic. I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? The place Sky is going is in the rubbish bin where it belongs 😡😡.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with broadband in SG9? Connection keeps coming and going, run tests and it says there’s no problem. Keeps happening, getting to the point where we’re thinking of changing ISP

    @SkyHelpTeam well the good news my service is back from Sky if you can call the broadband a service. However only getting about 6 meg should be getting over 45. Utter garbage .

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam The commentary team even mentioned it... I go round in circles with you all. I'm told to contact during the game as the issue is happening, you take over 12hrs to respond & dismiss me, or point me to V/R, they tell me they're sorry & tell me to contact you as the issues happen...

    @SkyHelpTeam Why? The game is done. My complaint was over 12hours ago. To be honest I've been complaining about the poor coverage of @NetballSL @SkyNetball since the season started, and with 3 weeks left of the season, I don't expect any changes now.

    @georgiebids @SkyUK Hows that happened in error, its not just a single button that is pressed to cancel its a long process both on the part of the agent and also there is 31 day period in which you get sent correspondence about the cancellation and have the ability to stop the cancellation…

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not issues as such - it only does very basic commands On/off, vol and that’s it! Example - I asked to show TV guide, it did, but then no way to scroll up/down listing Advertised as hardly needing remote but you bloody well do! Where’s list of standard voice commands?

    @SkyHelpTeam Picture has started getting jumpy for 2nd time in a week. Last week, I rebooted the box and that seemed to fix it, but last night, the picture still jumped after rebooting.
