    @SkyHelpTeam hi I have a sort of ongoing email address with you, as in I receive emails to my phone but I can't access them via the website anymore, I'm no longer with you as in paying customer but I thought my email would still be going, is this not the case.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

    @SkyHelpTeam How ironic. I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? The place Sky is going is in the rubbish bin where it belongs 😡😡.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with broadband in SG9? Connection keeps coming and going, run tests and it says there’s no problem. Keeps happening, getting to the point where we’re thinking of changing ISP

    @SkyHelpTeam well the good news my service is back from Sky if you can call the broadband a service. However only getting about 6 meg should be getting over 45. Utter garbage .

    @SkyHelpTeam Argh I tried to click on the buy and keep thing and it purchased it straight away and at full price is there anyway I can cancel?? I thought it was ask for confirmation first, I obvs can’t use that link til tomorrow as they close at 8pm!

    It’s the inconsistency of refs in the league there are some pens given to teams then not given to others that’s the problem. The refs need to sort it out. #SaturdaySocial @SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently have no way of controlling my heating as hive won’t work (glad it’s only 2°) can’t access most of my sky tv and having to use up my phone data as broadband still down in CM23 area and all you keep saying is no update! Don’t you think you should give us some info?

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam I need to speak to someone re my contract tv (etc) that is coming to an end I’m fed up of charges always increasing and never getting a decent deal offered 😞

    @SkyHelpTeam(still) TV less household. Replacement number three not working. nobody willing to give a time frame, nobody willing to let me speak to complaints. All I will say is if you plan on buying a glass, don't. They want me to shell out for an extra puck to plug into the TV

    @SkyHelpTeam any chance you might chase open reach and get them to fix my broadband which was reported on Friday afternoon and has been down since. 3.5 days and counting without a product I pay for is unacceptable
