Absolute shambles of a service from @SkyHelpTeam as wont answer questions on billing, just had to recontract and the amount it quoted is about £24 less than it’s says my future bill is going to be yet you’re happy to take the overpayment with no explanation 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no way of controlling my heating as hive won’t work (glad it’s only 2°) can’t access most of my sky tv and having to use up my phone data as broadband still down in CM23 area and all you keep saying is no update! Don’t you think you should give us some info?

@SkyHelpTeam Another poor performance from Sky again. My router used to connect at 56 meg I checked tonight and it’s down to 48 but sadly it’s just above the 45 minimum so Sky won’t do anything😡. Roll on November then I can escape .

@SkyHelpTeam we’ve had no sky tv since the stormy weather last week. Tried all the tips, can’t book engineer online as not Sky Q customer, and rang to be told I’m not in a special category and should use the app (that is for Sky Q only!) getting seriously fed up with this now

@Lonelyfire @SkySports He ran around the pitch aimlessly for 90 mins, did nothing. Yes, his teammates were poor, but then again, they weren’t celebrating with opposition after game. Complete lack of professionalism from Hazard and no supporter wants to see their player laughing after losing a big game.

@SkyHelpTeam Sorry for the delayed reply. Could you be so kind as to check whether an engineer has been assigned to this problem. I checked my sky Internet via that link & it turns out that it is an external fault. In addition to not having #skybroadband my landline is also not working.

@SkyHelpTeam People across the UK were reporting outages from 12am. Just check out down detector and you'll see. There clearly was an issue, even if your 'computer says no'. Our broadband didn't come back on until after 5am.
