@SkyHelpTeam annoyed now. Recurring problem. Engineer attended but fault recurred. Booked a new appointment but you cancelled as apparently had been resolved. Which it hasn’t. And can’t talk to a human being as everything directs me to online. Need to rearrange urgently! 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam if overhead fibre has been installed in my street how do I get it to my house to be used with Sky Broadband? My standard Sky Broadband is very slow and hoping fibre to my house will make the difference.

@SkySports I'm one for criticising footballers in the top flight for the wages. But , and only that, if they open up if they have issues and not give it Billy big bollocks, then we will all have sympathy, no matter who we support. We are ALL living in a crazy time right now, so be honest .

Awful customer service from @SkyUK no broadband, earliest engineer we can get is 10 days time (unless we’re willing to pay extra) and this keeps happening. @Ofcom

@SkyHelpTeam Also to add, I've tried support, 2 hour wait time and no engineer will be sent, because according to Sky our internet is working but I can say now from doing Web work since 1997, the damn WiFi isn't! We need a new Router asap and if we cannot get joy from sky we are going to BT.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying Sky. The issue is with the Router, the WiFi is going on and off, off 90% of the time. There's clearly Internet but no WiFi and we cannot all connect via ethernet as we are spread out in the house. It's ruining everything and stopping our kids from working.

@JeffStelling Soccer Saturday will never be the same if u go and neither will Saturday afternoons when I'm not at Kenilworth Road. I'd switch to BT sport and seriously consider my @SkySports subscription

Absolute shambles of a service from @SkyHelpTeam as wont answer questions on billing, just had to recontract and the amount it quoted is about £24 less than it’s says my future bill is going to be yet you’re happy to take the overpayment with no explanation 😡

@SkyHelpTeam we’ve had no sky tv since the stormy weather last week. Tried all the tips, can’t book engineer online as not Sky Q customer, and rang to be told I’m not in a special category and should use the app (that is for Sky Q only!) getting seriously fed up with this now

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky team, I always watch the 6.01 News on RTE One via Sky Go. This evening, the app has started to tell me that the programme is not available. I'm in Northern Ireland and other RTE channels seem to be working. Can you fix this?

@SkyHelpTeam I had an email on tuesday telling telling me to call sky when i did i was kept on hold for 15 minutes and then told i'd need to speak to the account manager but he was currently unavailable but he'd call me later but he never did.

@ConVlan @SkyHelpTeam No info on your service page it states no issue in your area. Regardless of if logged in online or on my sky app. You end up in a loop that takes you to a page to test your connection tells you it should be fixed in a couple of hours (8hrs now) and links back to the service page.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes - it mentions to look at the status page, after saying there is an issue in my area, which then shows green ticks.. But the connections been down all day.
