@SkyHelpTeam can't watch ITV hub at all now, even a power off and on doesn't fix it. The adverts play then I just get a black screen.

@SkyHelpTeam Why? The game is done. My complaint was over 12hours ago. To be honest I've been complaining about the poor coverage of @NetballSL @SkyNetball since the season started, and with 3 weeks left of the season, I don't expect any changes now.

@SkyHelpTeam It seems like you're trying to suggest the fault is on my end of things... There is a shocking issue with the Sky feed of every game. The graphics, the audio, the video feed of the game. Are you trying to suggest there isn't an issue with the Sky sports production of VNSL??

@SkyHelpTeam The commentary team even mentioned it... I go round in circles with you all. I'm told to contact during the game as the issue is happening, you take over 12hrs to respond & dismiss me, or point me to V/R, they tell me they're sorry & tell me to contact you as the issues happen...

@SkyHelpTeam had Sky glass a couple of months now and have noticed minor and major lip sync, pretty much all the time, it's really annoying and no, I haven't got any sort of connected speaker system. How do I fix this.

@SkyHelpTeam It seemed to help initially but this evening, while watching live TV, The One Show, different segments of the show had different lip sync delays. We also had to turn power off again as apps and live TV weren't working at all !!!

@SkyUK Now paying almost £40 per month after a £4 increase. Only option to get charged the same as new customers is to sign your life away for another 1.5 years! Time to move elsewhere with a faster service without getting ripped off by Sky!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Just to make you aware after trying numerous times to place an order and then speaking to someone on the phone they will not provide WiFi boosters, even though advertised on the website. This is disappointing, especially as we were willing to pay for the service
