    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam if overhead fibre has been installed in my street how do I get it to my house to be used with Sky Broadband? My standard Sky Broadband is very slow and hoping fibre to my house will make the difference.

    @SkyHelpTeam we’ve had no sky tv since the stormy weather last week. Tried all the tips, can’t book engineer online as not Sky Q customer, and rang to be told I’m not in a special category and should use the app (that is for Sky Q only!) getting seriously fed up with this now

    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @SkySports why can’t you just give a balanced review of a game. You go about your business as if the whole world are only interested in Man Utd and Liverpool. It may help to have non connected ex players in the studio as all they want to do is talk about their team. Just an idea

    @OhhSerene @SkyHelpTeam It's weird, I used to be with BT and they had outages all the time. Sky has been very stable for me. Not fast hut reliable. First outage I can remember since switching in 2020

    @willy94___ @SkyHelpTeam Yeah normally I'm at no complaints its fairly slow but it works fine. Just this week it's been abit of a headache. Maybe it'll just mull over is what I'm hoping but guess I'll just have to keep an eye on it.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s fine up until 3pm roughly the past 2 days like I said then it goes to 0.04Mbps down and about 0.01Mbps up. Until after midnight. It’s fine at the moment. I’ll keep an eye on it to see if the same happens today. Downdetector reported people saying same thing yesterday.
