@SkyHelpTeam Also to add, I've tried support, 2 hour wait time and no engineer will be sent, because according to Sky our internet is working but I can say now from doing Web work since 1997, the damn WiFi isn't! We need a new Router asap and if we cannot get joy from sky we are going to BT.

@DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

@SkySports Whatever the true reason I would think a pretty large proportion of the population will see completing the season as only being about money. If they go ahead it may solve a short term cash problem but their reputation will be f*#ked. Cancel the season now!

@TheSunFootball Why don’t @SkySports @skytv just do the right thing and just not collect the money rather than make customers do the chasing. They could then offer up their contact centre to the Government to support their efforts! What a PR coup that would be!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying Sky. The issue is with the Router, the WiFi is going on and off, off 90% of the time. There's clearly Internet but no WiFi and we cannot all connect via ethernet as we are spread out in the house. It's ruining everything and stopping our kids from working.

@SkyHelpTeam Firstly I never got a message and you are telling me I paid £16 and my daughter watched it once. Secondly it should state you only get it for 24 hours once you watch it not the 7 days it says to rent #poorservice #tradingstandards

@SkySports Couldn't give a ****. Worst sport now in the world. Predictable, sanitised, dribbling nonsense. It was a staple to be watched in the 70's, 89's & early-ish 90's & then went dull. Ping pong is more exciting & entertaining.

@SkyHelpTeam @EmilyDaly11 I'm in Castleton, and it's down here too. All last week it was playing up, but today at about 15:00 it went completely. Likewise, we've got a 18mnth old here and she NEEDS her Peppa pig!! Sky need to pull their finger out and investigate this problem properly!!
