    @ademwaterman @SkyUK Wtf? @SkyHelpTeam are terrible. Had a problem once (their fault) then tried to charge me an admin fee to fix it. When I complained they said the admin fees pay the staff their wages.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, streaming to my TV, phone has two bars WiFi signal, TV has no internet connection - 6ft away, check internet settings on TV tells me it’s connected then not then is then not

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet is still intermittently not working right. I waited on hold for 45 min this week, when I finally got through I got cut off after 5 min and the lady never even called me back! Your customer service is very poor. 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Before lockdown u screwed me over and I had to cancel a package. During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is there an admin fee? Contract is finished by you! If you can give me that rate anyway why does it have to come under as a discount? Pay £10 upfront to save £5 a month Why? I can understand if adding channels/service or new installations. But I'm getting same thing or less!

It’s no disgrace to bring someone in as a sounding board but the wider issue of his reluctance could be his downfall....just don’t feel Morris cuts it as an assistant at this level.

    @SkyHelpTeam Its my sky Q keeps turning off and freezing. As per my bills, I'm sick of being charged an admin fee every time my contract ends and I have to reduce my bill. Y am I paying extra to cancel channels to afford it. Y am I paying extra for a discount u could give me anyway? #loyalty

    @SkyHelpTeam for weeks now our Broadband has been intermittent. Have been on help and completed tests. Still very poor. Yes, I know about number of devices too. It’s still not consistent. What is happening to your service?

    @SkyHelpTeam I just made a phone call to sky, and wanted to say how helpful and friendly the lady was that I spoke to. Honestly…. Your customer services have to be one of the best out there. The only issue is I never get a survey to rate my call to sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Customer of 40+ years Diamond VIP 💎 SkyQ since the start. SkyQ box is 6 years old, I'd like a replacement, but I'm not paying for the privilege. 40 minutes on the phone, when the 4th person required another retelling, I hung up. Seriously thinking of moving on.

    Finding #CX hard to come by this week. Called @SkyUK to solve a broadband issue (theirs not mine) and was told I would have to pay £65 as out of contract. I had no intention to leave, but after their insistence to renew for 2 years or pay I chose to leave. No Xmas wifi for us.
