@BBCWatchdog #TreatLoyaltyLikeRoyalty @SkyUK The longer you're with them the more they treat you like something on the bottom of their shoe. They also charge admin fees for everything and was once told these fees pay staff wages when I complained.

Once again @SkyHelpTeam has screwed me over. When I cancelled BT sport in March cos of pandemic they said when I put it back it will be same price. Liars! Trying to charge extra £25 a month iso original £12. 45mins to be told by they dont give a **** @WhichUK @Ofcom

@SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

@SkyHelpTeam we had an openreach engineer come out yesterday to fit the line for the broadband he fitted it and said your internet will work in 30 mins then left 36 hours later and the hub is still flashing amber with no internet help
