    @SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam HI there my issue was fixed but it's very unusual that sky don't have a default sim pin which means the user has to block the sim enter the puk code then enter a new sim pin. Ur web site also gives out the default sim pin on sky mobile Sims which is a security risk

    @CharlieFitzh @SkyCorporate @SkyUK My subscription was hiked from £40/mth straight to £60. I cancelled completely, in writing (had heard they talk u out of it, if by phone). Mailshots (4 in succession?) offered steadily increasing discounts. Don’t bite until it’s 70% off I never renewed. So satisfying!
