@ademwaterman @SkyUK Wtf? @SkyHelpTeam are terrible. Had a problem once (their fault) then tried to charge me an admin fee to fix it. When I complained they said the admin fees pay the staff their wages.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

@SkyHelpTeam Have not even started contract and already under stress by you not doing what you assured would happen. Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet is still intermittently not working right. I waited on hold for 45 min this week, when I finally got through I got cut off after 5 min and the lady never even called me back! Your customer service is very poor. 😡

Moved in over a week ago and @SkyUK say it’s still going to be another 7-10 working days before we get wifi- shocking service as new customers who are now having to spend a fortune hot spotting data working from home. Calling @virginmedia today.

When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam Before lockdown u screwed me over and I had to cancel a package. During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.

@SkyHelpTeam No. I need it sorting today, I cannot access anything. It only give me the option for between 12 and 5. Even if it was a morning slot I'd still have the school run 😡 ask requested do you have the number so I can cancel my sky as I constantly have problems&it's a joke now. Thanks

@SkySports The issue with Shaw is he’s not able to play his game with Sterling infront of him, Sterling doesn’t allow the overlap which Shaw thrives off, as soon as Sterling moved more central, Shaw was able to get down the wing and deliver vital *****, Only 6 for Shaw is a joke.

@SkyHelpTeam stop giving us the run around- we have been customers of you for years! Broadband was booked over a month ago and yet we still have none!! Every 48hrs we are told it will be another 48hrs!! Right now you are about to lose us as your customer service is shocking!!!
