Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? WIFI coverage will vary from house to house and walls naturally block wireless signals. You will also never get 1Gb speeds over WIFI but you will when you are hardwired with an Ethernet cable.
