I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Doesn't even work properly all the time but they know best of a bad bunch round here!

They recently upgraded the internet in my block and now I pay less for much faster speeds
