    @SkyHelpTeam help needed, I'm having constant AV sync issues with new sky uhd box. I've tried everything, box settings,TV settings, soundbar settings. Old box was fine. I'm experiencing frequent micro audio drop outs too, even when playing on TV speakers.

    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    @SkyHelpTeam I waited in all day yesterday for an engineer to come and install my sky TV between 8-5pm and they did not bother to show up. And no one contacted us to notify us. Absolutely disgraceful service.

    @SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam please can you explain why when I swapped to another broadband provider because of the poor service from sky I had an email from them saying sky had contacted them to say I was staying with sky and to cancel my broadband? (When I did not want this)
