    Seen add on tv to get sky tv even as a existing customer, as I am. Called @SkyUK and spoke with Stuart, most unhelpful agent ever. No conversation couldn’t offer me nothing The call was flat. Great way to keep and treat their existing customers! #badcustomerservice

    @SkyUK sort your help line out! ‘Calls are taking longer to answer, you may be waiting up to 10 minutes. Currently it’s 18 minutes 7 seconds on hold. Pay over £119 a month for a service I ain’t getting. @BT @virginmedia might be getting a new customer soon!

    How can @SkyUK compete in the telecoms market when @bt_uk & @BT_Openreach provide a lacklustre service. I had an engineer booked due to poor broadband, he said that no one was in, how would he know if he didn’t knock on the door - my wife was! @Ofcom please sort this out!

    @SkyHelpTeam I missed around 5 or so minutes of the race. However this isn't the first time my sky q silver box has done this and have asked Sky before if there are any software updates due or issues that have been acknowledged

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a Sky customer. I don't think the call was from Sky! The caller only mentioned Call Guardian and couldn't answer who my provider is. Thanks anyway. I await an answer to confirm. I have telephone preference service.

    @SkyUK I recorded crime and punishment on cbs reality last night when I watched it this morning the recording ended before the programme ended i tried to see if I could down load it to watch the end and could not find cbs reality on catch up or on demand very annoying.

    So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

    @SkyUK SkyQ launched 3 years ago and is still SO buggy it’s ridiculous. Can’t fast forward or rewind Quest channel tonight without it skipping back to the middle of the programme - one of so many bugs and problems

    @SkySports The officiating in this country is dire. No common sense. VAR is a scapegoat for complete incompetence. Think they are benefiting from having no fans in stadiums. Just when you think you’ve seen the worst along comes another. Why bad red card decisions all of a sudden?

    @SkyHelpTeam No they don’t but like I said it will happen for a minute then go back to normal but while that is happening upstairs the same thing will happen downstairs right next to the router with another phone so it isn’t a WiFi reach issue at all

    @virginmedia Worst provider & will return to @SkyUK as soon as humanly possible. Just goes to show the grass isn't always greener. Virtually non existent customer service, poor WiFi & Faulty TV box. Can I get it fixed? NOT A CHANCE, you need to address your service
