    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t have the option to hold the line sadly. My Sky ID is connected to when I was customer with you 8 years ago so can’t do anything now I’m a new customer again and this month my bill is double what it usually is for no reason. Can you advise how I speak to someone?

    @raytomany @SkySports I'm trying to work out how you mocked this up! Last time this happened it was Kevin Nolan. The nutcase owner made him manager so he'd play for us. I think he didn't play himself to start with and when he did he was terrible! He didn't last long!

    @SkyHelpTeam i got a new sky tv service in December as part of your refer a friend promotion. The person who referred me received his reward I think in February but no sign of mine. I understand you are only answering emergencies during covid times, but how long should I wait???

    @SkyUK you are the worst internet providers i live in Bexleyheath. the box never works the internet constantly not working and you charge nearly 150 a month for what you dont answer or are helpful in your call helpline your a joke of a service furious cant even get work done

    @SkyHelpTeam My old Sky Q remote stopped responding, so you sent me a new one. I can’t get the new one to work. The ? button makes the red light come on, but that is it and reset etc hasn’t worked. How do I fix this please?

    Sort it out please @SkyUK No wifi since last Friday, meant to be upgraded to Superfast as WFH. No courtesy calls, keep having to chase. Absolutely unacceptable service. Today first time we had a call back from complaints dept. Engineer investigating tom they say..#BelieveInBetter

    @SkySports Wales ‘big’ players never showed up. Bales and Ramsey were very poor. Mistimed passes, lack of positional discipline, poor energy. I guess the 64y wait was always doomed. Players picked based on past glory rather than form.

    @SkySports Iranians do not support this team. They turned their back to us. Nation protests are going on in Iran. More than 400 people got killed and 15000 got arrested. Our football legends like Ali Daei refused Fifa invitation and standed with us but these bastards turned their back.

    @SkyHelpTeam Is this a standard reply? As I have already stated this is not an isolated incident. It is impacting large areas as per the tweet from Sky. All we are asking is for Sky to update their customers. I have spoken to Sky numerous times over the last few days but they don’t know.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I did a line test yesterday and an issue was found but I was then on hold for 45 mins when the call was cut (at 9pm). I don’t know what the line results were.
