I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx ยฃ10 any way. Doesn't even work properly all the time but they know best of a bad bunch round here!
