@SkyHelpTeam Hello. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I was paying £47 a month for broadband and TV, then it went up to £54. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

@SkyHelpTeam Now I am seeing that you've done multiple hard searches on my credit file. This is ridiculous. I place an order, and it goes through as complete - you take the money - you then subsequently cancel the order, take days to process refunds and you leave hard searches. Sky is awful.
