  @nicurro @skytv @SkyHelpTeam SkyQ never worked as advertised ever.. In all the years we had it. Recently dumped it when the main box died completely and Sky refused to just send out a replacement instead told us we would have to wait weeks for an engineer to come out. Left sky after 13 years.

  @SkyHelpTeam Yes. They did let us down twice. Supposed to get a call yesterday with an update at 1pm . When we rang to chase at 4 they said the job hadn’t been done and promised an update at 7pm. no call, still no broadband. Please can you send me a direct line number to escalate complaint?
