Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. You’re paying £90 a mth to watch the exact same TV that they are advertising the exact same channels to a new customer for £50 per mth. Mind boggling! If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.
