    Hi @SkyUK. My original offers have now ended and I’m paying about £40 per month more than I would be if I was a new customer. I’d like to resolve this but no phone number I can find works, and it doesn’t appear to be easily done online. Can I actually speak to someone?

    @BBCWatchdog #TreatLoyaltyLikeRoyalty @SkyUK The longer you're with them the more they treat you like something on the bottom of their shoe. They also charge admin fees for everything and was once told these fees pay staff wages when I complained.

    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @SkyUK can’t call you, because you’ve reduced your call centre can’t message you, because you don’t have live chat, DPD have returned new Sky Q Box because they tried to deliver, I was at work? How can I contact someone and not get stuck in a loop of FAQ’s and automated help?

    @SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

    @SkyUK hello! Quick question, I had a call from ‘Sky’ earlier saying that my internet connection was slow & could I use my computer so she could guide me through - I’m guessing this is a scam 🙈 she tried again & I said I didn’t have the internet & she didn’t know what to say...

    @SkyHelpTeam cannot remember but managed to stop F1 last year this way. I naively thought that as Sky email me at least weekly they would recognise my email. I need to cancel my account

    @SkyHelpTeam Many times. Was told change ‘wifi channel’ by 1 Sky tech guy and then another said that was poor advice. Told to move router and purchased new cables, even got a new router. Same problems, cuts out, zoom calls impossible. You just have a substandard service and deny it.

    @SkyHelpTeam I did this, I tested my line & it said 2 call the number given,which I did but being on hold for a long time then being disconnected, then it happens again, I'm unable to speak someone &the website dose not allow me to book an engineer as there is no local problem its my router.

    @SkyUK I was on hold for over an hour and when the person answered the phone it disconnected, my router has a problem, one of my children kept getting disconnected from her Googleclassroom and the other couldn't do any work today. 😭Please help
