    @SkyHelpTeam vulnerable parents have been left without a telephone for two days. They don’t have mobile phones.This is their only link to their family and to make emergency calls.Telephone your CC yesterday, aware -external fault, told it would be sorted today. Hasn’t happened!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, switched from skyQ to sky glass a couple of months ago &love it. Just a couple of issues, recently when I try to watch stuff on ITV Hub nothing loads and some of the programmes on prime the colour is awful. Please help TIA

    @claudelittner @SkyUK Yep I hear you. Been with them 22 years. Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Doesn't even work properly all the time but they know best of a bad bunch round here!

    After 27 years as a Sky-BSB and now just @SkyUK customer it’s time to say goodbye! SkyQ has been dreadful with boxes always losing signal and I’m getting far more from streaming services for 1/3 the cost of Sky!

    @tuohy7 @SkyUK 1/2 I have also experienced this, being sold a sky glass tv 📺 knowing my internet speed wouldn’t be compatible and to top it off also sold me 3 Sky Pucks. We had nothing but trouble from day one. When i spoke to customer service they advised me that on the day of purchase

    @SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my internet has been dreadful yesterday and today especially. There apparently isn’t a fault but I can’t even use my tv as the signal isn’t bad. I’ve ran the diagnostic check and everything. Can’t access security cameras/baby cameras or anything

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no number to call your teams. We get directed to the website as if we were just reporting a minor problem.. first engineering call is on Monday… it doesn’t need a diagnosis because it’s obvious.. the cable isn’t there because someone has cut it down and stolen it.

    @SkyHelpTeam morning, when will the software update be released sorting out the failed download issue? I’ve tried all the hacks you’ve asked including changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 but nothing works. It’s been a couple of weeks now and I’m paying for this!
