  @SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

  @SkySports @SkySportsF1 can you help resolve an app issue please? all other sky sports channels are working but when i load the F1 channel i get a few seconds of feed and am then told there's an issue with my connection. there isn't. all other apps are working fine! 😡
