    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    Absolutely HATE @virginmedia with a passion. Made a complaint, they said I’d be refunded for kids inadvertently ordering SkySports. I wasn’t. Then they cut me off. Liars

    @SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I waited in all day yesterday for an engineer to come and install my sky TV between 8-5pm and they did not bother to show up. And no one contacted us to notify us. Absolutely disgraceful service.

    @SkyHelpTeam help needed, I'm having constant AV sync issues with new sky uhd box. I've tried everything, box settings,TV settings, soundbar settings. Old box was fine. I'm experiencing frequent micro audio drop outs too, even when playing on TV speakers.

    @SkyHelpTeam We constantly have issues. We have moved house and now have fibre directly into the house and still having issues. Yes we have an engineer booked but the internet went down yesterday morning and someone cannot come out until any time tomorrow! It’s not acceptable!

    @SkyUK Prepare for sound dropping out , recodings disappearing after you watch them filling up your hardrive remote control falling out you hand as it's design is terrible any box other than main one talking a age to do anything and getting lost in the menu maze. 😠

    @SkyHelpTeam Could do with upgrade to dolby atmos still not bad also I find if a moved it into my Arc port on my bravia it worked perfect no issues with intermittent sound drops........... But dolby atmos just a thought 🤔💭
