Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.
