    @SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

    @SkyUK sort your help line out! ‘Calls are taking longer to answer, you may be waiting up to 10 minutes. Currently it’s 18 minutes 7 seconds on hold. Pay over £119 a month for a service I ain’t getting. @BT @virginmedia might be getting a new customer soon!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am a Sky customer. I don't think the call was from Sky! The caller only mentioned Call Guardian and couldn't answer who my provider is. Thanks anyway. I await an answer to confirm. I have telephone preference service.

    So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

    @SkyHelpTeam I get an answering machine saying there’s a fault and we are working hard to fix it. But you’ve denied this fault for 3 weeks. I’ve had no contact AGAIN to say they are not coming. Once the message has been read it just says goodbye

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I’ve found that although I have up to 45mbs now the signal strength from this new router is weaker than my old. The strength dies away quicker when I am out my back door of the house, and even when in my garage or even in the attic.
