    Without doubt @skyuk are simply the worst customer service center i ever experience. Never had a call answered in under 20minutes. The voice recognition software is awful and when you do reach someone - they can never first time fix

    @SkyHelpTeam HI there yesterday I posted a question asking what is the default sim pin on sky mobile as this is a security concern I was surprised no one got back to me also call forwarding is not working at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam Worst service I have ever experienced! Engineer unable to install Sky Q box - this is now the 2nd visit! Why send someone out that can’t install Sky Q , Ordered this service in MARCH!!!!!! Now nearly OCTOBER and still not resolved!!! #shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam HI there my issue was fixed but it's very unusual that sky don't have a default sim pin which means the user has to block the sim enter the puk code then enter a new sim pin. Ur web site also gives out the default sim pin on sky mobile Sims which is a security risk

    @SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam This a message on behalf of my Nan who's been a sky customer for over 25 years. Who's had emails about one of her boxes not being connected to her wifi or phone and 4 engineer visits still not fixed and nasty emails from sky saying she could end up paying more. Gd by

    @SkyUK price went up. We called to talk about it. Agreed price back down £1 cheaper than it was before per month going forward. Told to see the changes to the bill in 48hours…. NOPE! Rang again told we were lying on the phone and we can’t have it because no notes were taken!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Also no uk centres to talk to real people just underpaid call centres reading from a script! Do your team know how frustrating that is. They can't help and that's not fair on them. Disgraceful service for the money it costs. Also you just increased prices!!!!!

    Truly terrible service from the @SkyHelpTeam since I switched my mobile to them. Almost 2 weeks in and they still can’t work out why my number hasn’t fully ported across so I can’t receive calls or texts.
