@SkyHelpTeam Have not even started contract and already under stress by you not doing what you assured would happen. Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.

Moved in over a week ago and @SkyUK say it’s still going to be another 7-10 working days before we get wifi- shocking service as new customers who are now having to spend a fortune hot spotting data working from home. Calling @virginmedia today.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet is still intermittently not working right. I waited on hold for 45 min this week, when I finally got through I got cut off after 5 min and the lady never even called me back! Your customer service is very poor. 😡

@ademwaterman @SkyUK Wtf? @SkyHelpTeam are terrible. Had a problem once (their fault) then tried to charge me an admin fee to fix it. When I complained they said the admin fees pay the staff their wages.

@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to Sky on 8March to raise issue with overpayment on my direct debit. Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!

When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

@SkyHelpTeam They've had ongoing issues for over a year. Called on numerous occasions, were told they only way it could be solved was to totally upgrade their package and get a new box. They are 90 and 76 and don't need an expensive package/latest box. They just want to be able to watch tv.

@SkyHelpTeam I am having a stupid amount of issues with my medium Sky Glass. It constantly freezes, the puck switches itself off and I have to restart my TV at least 10 times per day. The remote control works when it feels like too.
