@DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

If any more sports are cancelled #skysports may have to be suspended as they will have nothing to show. Which then raises the question will #sky credit its subscribers for not being able to offer a service

@DCMS @Ofcom what's being done about sky keeping u on hold for over an hour to cancel @SkySports subscriptions. @sky should be made to allow u to give your notice online,not hope u will hang up before they answer.Or as good will gesture,suspend payments for service not providing

For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

@SkyHelpTeam In Feb I called your customer service team before my contract was due to expire. They gave me a new deal for the same price and said it would take immediate effect. This hasn’t transpired, so now I’m paying double. Please fix and refund the difference.

@SkyUK @SkySports Instead of making people ring through to cancel their sports subscription,why not follow the lead of Neville and Abramovich and automatically cancel sky sports subscriptions until football is up and running again,not a lot to ask in these troubled times,cheers

@SkyUK if sky is the premier broadband company, we have no hope. Helping a friend get her sky tv/broadband set up. Nothing but problems. The phone lines are obsolete so have to be dug up and replaced. Also the engineer that fitted the dish seeminy damaged the aeriel cable.

@SkyHelpTeam - We had a call from someone claiming to be from Sky saying they were monitoring our broadband speed & it was slow. I hung up as I couldn’t tell if it was a scam or not (& our broadband was actually a bit slow earlier). Was it genuine? Do you make calls like this?

@SkyHelpTeam Indeed, but when the complaints team calls me, puts me through to engineering who then Hang-up when I tell them it is “bad route propagation” that is far from satisfactory. Your complaints process does not work. Hence my reaching out to the regulator

@SkyHelpTeam thought I’d see what sky F1 would cost me as I enjoy F1 but seems very harsh that I can get all the sports channels for £25 a month but if I just want sky F1 it’s £18 , Im a vip diamond customer but doesn’t seem like it’s worth being very loyal for those prices 😢

@SkyHelpTeam Got a phone call to discuss my complaint. They transferred me to another team who I've been on hold to for 40mins. Be a good idea to get the team who need to speak to me to call me direct or is that too simple? You got a team who come up with ideas to aggrovate customers?
