HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

@IH0444 @tooshyshy1 @SkyUK I read an independent report on Sky Glass and it slated it on many fronts. Too heavy, too thick. Unsuitable fir stud partition walls due to previous. No stand provided do wall fix only and this is before wi-fi issues. Sky have really boobed with this one!

@IH0444 @porscheuro @SkyUK Steer well clear of Sky Glass. As an idea it’s commendable but in practice it doesn’t work. Not a brilliant telly to start with made worse with clunky menus. Get your own telly and add sky Q then wait a few months for the Sky Puc service to kick in for multirooms
