Just seen the details for #skysports and their UK #bundesliga deal - let’s just say it’s a bad one - no 2.30 games due to 3pm uk blanket ban - no 2.Bundesliga games apart from playoffs - no mention of highlights - I have to switch to sky sports something I said I will never do

@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

@SkyHelpTeam Wifi has been out since 8pm Friday - an issue “outside our home”. OpenReach came unannounced & replaced phone line socket then left. He didn’t say if he was finished. Wifi still isn’t working - what’s going on?? I rely on wifi for WFH so this is a bit of a nightmare

@CarlG_95 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam You lose the mesh network when you switch from Q so they do go out of sync and there is definitely a bigger delay on the streaming of live sports vs Q. We had issues with our satellite signal due to house position so overall glass is better, but would have switched back otherwise
