Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? All year the gray overlay thing has been an issue and it has still not been fixed, the commentating and pre-race is unwatchable... I have watched one race this season and it was on @SkySports via the AppleTV app, but they don't show the Sky rebroadcast on demand. I missed the race this morning and have no way to watch it. This also impacts my buying decisions going forward with Apple. As if Tim Cook and his merry band of undesirables has driven the company to a shameful place and my trust in them is gone. There is no reason for any of this. It is a matter of twisted priorities and a lack of basic reasoning skills on their end. It won't change, people will still buy this garbage so why would they care. But for me, I am done.

Every fan of any top team must believe and expects that their club wins the league every season. But Scholes and his buddies are not having these discussions as fans rather as ex- footballers and professional pundits. Their professional opinions are viewed as credible, insightful, critical analysis though sometimes subjective to millions football fans who see them as legends of the game and their POV must be from a subject matter experts with logical perspective. Arteta and Arsenal are the only team in the top 6 ( Liverpool and Mancity have lost their managers and key players) that has been competing for the last 4 seasons, not in any form of transition, semi rebuild or full rebuild process. Winning the league was not a fluke but an outcome of a 5/6 years project broken down in phases. The next phase for the team is to dominate the league, retain their title and win domestic and European titles. That Scholes can start making predictions in June 2 is not only delusional but clownish. He can as well just go to Talksports and Skysports and start doing like some of their clown pundits and say outlandish stuff just to generate revenue.
