    @SkyHelpTeam The last 3 days or so I have had such rubbish connection with Sky broadband. Sky Q loses connection (wired), Xbox doesn’t connect (wired), and phones don’t do anything when using WiFi. Download and upload speeds are all over the place. Help?

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet connection is shockingly bad. I upgraded to your fastest broadband service in May when I moved and it’s worse than any package I’ve ever had with you or any other provider. Can someone get in touch to help me sort this out? So hard working from home!

    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    @SkySports what have you done to the #skysports app? Completely ruined what was a great app. Too slow, terrible user interface and difficult to navigate. What a poor customer experience. I am sure you can do better than that !! If you can’t - DM me ... can help make it better!

    @SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam there's no Sky Broadband Internet this morning in parts of the BT24 area, what's happening? Tried running all diags via MySky app, which concluded problems due to extreme weather in the area. There has not been any extreme weather. Need your help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I just wish you’d fix the HDCP issues that creep in every so often when using a Samsung soundbar. Very often I just have to pull the plug on the box and restart it as you end up with a black screen except when putting it into standby you see a small glimpse of picture

    @DeanCorbridge @SkyHelpTeam Never had any problems myself really with customer services - one of the best I have experienced. I just have Freesat and broadband. It is all scripted. You shouldn't have to escalate a complaint to get things put right.
