HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

But I don't see a problem with those that do. We expect Filipinos to support Pacquiao or Mexicans support Canelo, etc. So why is this a problem?

@SkyHelpTeam It opened up a virtual chat but then I realised if I clicked a down arrow it got rid of the chat and the checker was available. Unfortunately the speed for the property I am moving to is too low (29mbps) vs Gigaclear (300mbps). I need at least 75mbps
