    @SkyHelpTeam hi I’m not at home but my dad informed about 2 hours ago that the internet went down and workmen had turned up outside our house cutting wires and destroying the telephone pole nearby. Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

    @SkyHelpTeam vulnerable parents have been left without a telephone for two days. They don’t have mobile phones.This is their only link to their family and to make emergency calls.Telephone your CC yesterday, aware -external fault, told it would be sorted today. Hasn’t happened!

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet is still intermittently not working right. I waited on hold for 45 min this week, when I finally got through I got cut off after 5 min and the lady never even called me back! Your customer service is very poor. 😡

    @SkyUK internet coming and going. Twice I’ve rung to be fobbed off with engineer will sort. Was also promised booster voucher to buy from Tesco. Not received complete joke. I want a refund and problem sorted. I’m paying enough

    @SkyHelpTeam Have not even started contract and already under stress by you not doing what you assured would happen. Moving is stressful during a a pandemic and already you have let us down . Not impressed, 1 1/2 hours trying to sort only to be told I need to sort it myself.

    In this ongoing test match at Lord’s, there has been a wicket every 25 ***** which is the third best in the history of the game in England. The previous best strike rates came in 1888 and 1907.     @SkyUK after 20 years with these I updated contract , they took more money out over 3 months than they should have , phoned to question, treated me like a liar, listened to recording, came back and said yes we did , no apology it’s off next bill, atrocious service, very poor
