    Can’t believe how @SkyHelpTeam have treated me in the last few weeks.i have been a longtime good customer and this week I explained that I payed my monthly fee they say it got lost in the system I sent prove and after paying 140 quid they’d cut me off #discusing going elsewhere

    Without doubt @skyuk are simply the worst customer service center i ever experience. Never had a call answered in under 20minutes. The voice recognition software is awful and when you do reach someone - they can never first time fix

    @VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t understand because he said you would definitely send me a email for me to opt in, if I didn’t reply it would stop. I never received an email. They added it without asking because it would automatically come off. So is it a ploy to get people into getting the package

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband has been down for over an hour now, tested the connection and apparently there isn’t an issue in my area (SG18) but, I’ve done everything to “fix” the issue as per your website and it is still not working. Please can you advise? Thank you
