Come on @SkyHelpTeam has there been a nuclear strike or something? I’m been driven to gin drinking!

These have now stopped and says we need satellite signal-won’t be for a few more weeks yet. Is this normal? Is there a max time the apps work w/o signal?

Customer service couldn’t give me any information as @WeAreOpenreach only update them the day after they are supposed to complete the work. No information on our order

I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.
