@SkyHelpTeam Do you believe that's an exceptable answer? That I have to chase a service I pay for to find out if your fixing your issue, is this problem being fixed currently? If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

Have been paying @btsport £36.49 a month and only allowed to watch on my main Sky box for the last few years! @SkyUK Engineer has just been and arranged for me to buy BT Sport through Sky for £24.99 a month and it works across ALL of my Sky boxes! WTF BT?!

@SkyHelpTeam Just booked an engineer visit. The soonest available time is Sunday and I have to pay £15? That's disgusting! Virtually a week without the service I'm paying for and having to pay to get it back up and running ? We work from home!

@SkyHelpTeam new #skyglass issue the past couple of days. When changing channels the TV is taking longer to pick up the channel. Getting the wait while channel is loading message every time followed the technical fault message before the picture comes on. My broadband is 59mbps.
