    @SkyHelpTeam broadband service recently has been terrible, but really stepped it up today. Connection lasting no longer than 10 minutes meaning I can't work, or do much else with your services. I try to run the tests, but predictably they don't work either. Utterly useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam When I go to the link and do all what it says and it asks if it works, which it doesn’t , it just takes me to a blank page so there is no further help

    I don’t like this @SkyUK Don’t want to help people who have been Furlough and told me they can’t get a manager to call me. @BorisJohnson the government needs to help here before we all get in to debt because of it. @SkyHelpTeam @SkyNews @BBCNews

    @JayHayon66 @SkyHelpTeam It’s ridiculous I pay over £100 a month and when there’s issues I’m not allowed to call cause I’m not a key worker but I still have to work from home . And my job is actually supporting the NHS 😤

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had multiple error messages on multiple screens. Some times when performing the test, sometimes when the test fails and it tries to re-direct me to the help page. Thus my frustration at being pointed to the tests and the help page.
