    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, it’s an external fault. Disappointed that @OpenreachHelp haven’t managed to fix this issue seeing as we live 20m from the exchange. The downtime is having a big impact on working from home!

    @SkyHelpTeam Fully understand the issues we are all facing but the service we’re receiving is awful at best, sorry to lower the tone, but we have patiently waited to get nothing back and it’s not like @SkyHelpTeam have stopped taking their direct debit

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    @SkyHelpTeam The telephone number doesn’t connect to a person, it’s a recording telling me to check my connection. I need Sky to contact OpenReach so an engineer can fix this

    @SkyHelpTeam @JillSinclair1 I know someone 27 days w/out internet.Engineers from Openreach round several times, all say Sky at fault. Sky useless, not knowing what is wrong, asking her same things every time she phones up. Doing nothing apart from "passing on" and asking same, useless things. Will you help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt, the box stops responding altogether. We tried changing the batteries in the remote thinking that was the issue but it made no difference. The other night it started making a really loud noise as well. Had to switch it off at the wall.
