    @SkyHelpTeam I waited in all day yesterday for an engineer to come and install my sky TV between 8-5pm and they did not bother to show up. And no one contacted us to notify us. Absolutely disgraceful service.

    @SkyHelpTeam are you actually ever going to reply? There’s no way to get hold of you lot, you can’t keep ignoring customers who want to downgrade their package. Since April I’ve been trying to cancel part of my subscription and you just plain ignoring or hanging up on me.

    @SkyHelpTeam help needed, I'm having constant AV sync issues with new sky uhd box. I've tried everything, box settings,TV settings, soundbar settings. Old box was fine. I'm experiencing frequent micro audio drop outs too, even when playing on TV speakers.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK The customer service I have had over the last 2 weeks with a sky mobile issue has been appalling. One person at Sky telling me one thing and then I speak to someone else and they tell me something completely different. 2 complaints already in and no response.

    @kaylsmull93 @SkyUK Yes. It’s not anything to do with connection by the looks. Seems a deeper issue. Latency is sometimes very poor depending on which upstream they directing you to. Down detector hinting at a bigger problem looking at some companies.
