    @kaye09 @SkyHelpTeam It has not corrected since the clocks changed on the weekend. I have an older Sky box… I guess they want us to upgrade 🙄🙄 shame to confuse people especially any elderly . They need to address the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you believe that's an exceptable answer? That I have to chase a service I pay for to find out if your fixing your issue, is this problem being fixed currently? If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Ellie but bromises after promises do not help me. How could you sell something to your customers that you don’t have? In my case connection to your network. If I knew I’d have gone elsewere and not waste 3 weeks and buying mobile internet and routers…

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. But it’s really disappointing I was never told there was delay in receiving the mobile phones (signed up to 2 contracts!!). How can I get any idea of when we will receive them? (They’re needed by Xmas!!)

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I have already been sent to so this and have done. You are still not listening to the complaint. The fibre for our cul de sac has a fault at the exchange. You must raise this with Openreach. Please do this now. This is your responsibility. The delay is unacceptable.
