    @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam my continued lack of fibre broadband activation is a joke. Still no definite activation date although it was supposed to be 29th Jan. This is now the subject of an official complaint. I expect activation to be completed by close of business Fri 8 Feb.

    @SkyUK - believe in worse! Unbelievably horrific “upgrade” which screwed up all TVs and doesn’t allow us access to UHD channels. Now trying to revert and cannot without holding for 30 minutes. Never again.

    @SkyHelpTeam That makes sense as the hub was replaced due to going fibre optic. What got me worried is that name SKY74039 is the old hub. I traced the signal to a @LBofBexley lamp post.

    @OpenreachHelp Thanks to a broken port and lack of capacity I now face almost a week's wait for my fibre broadband activation which should have taken place on 29th Jan. Not good enough! @SkyHelpTeam

    How can @SkyUK compete in the telecoms market when @bt_uk & @BT_Openreach provide a lacklustre service. I had an engineer booked due to poor broadband, he said that no one was in, how would he know if he didn’t knock on the door - my wife was! @Ofcom please sort this out!

    @SkyUK sort your help line out! ‘Calls are taking longer to answer, you may be waiting up to 10 minutes. Currently it’s 18 minutes 7 seconds on hold. Pay over £119 a month for a service I ain’t getting. @BT @virginmedia might be getting a new customer soon!

The Karen thing is old and lazy humour at best. At worst, bullying. I've been more than friendly to the agents on the phone as I know it isn't their fault

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam - Been having issues with broadband for over 2 months. Keep calling up to be told I’ll receive a call back at such a time. This doesn’t happen. Service is terrible & we will be cancelling our service if not resolved promptly. Over 4 hours this week on calls.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is the exact same link we have been using this week to try to troubleshoot problems and then talk to the virtual assistant - we are seriously disappointed with Skys refusal to actually help customers and instead take them on the exact same loop-de-loop as the website does.
