@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

HONESTLY @SkyHelpTeam I’ve called now 15 times and yet I cannot get anyone to help me with my broadband activation. I’m now out of internet for 3 working days and have had to pay £45 bundle to work from home because I wasn’t expecting this delay.

@SkyHelpTeam @skytv how can you charge people £60 for wanting to reduce their current TV package. Which part of the current cost of living crisis don’t you understand? I could understand if I wanted to cancel it all. I just wanted some help and got charged for the privilege ffs
