@SkyHelpTeam Yes, it’s an external fault. Disappointed that @OpenreachHelp haven’t managed to fix this issue seeing as we live 20m from the exchange. The downtime is having a big impact on working from home!

@breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

@SkyHelpTeam my in-laws are in their 90's, early stage dementia, and occasionally purchase Sky premium services by mistake Is it possible to block all purchases on their account please (and don't suggest changing the PIN) If not, we may need to cancel altogether

Sky useless, not knowing what is wrong, asking her same things every time she phones up. Doing nothing apart from "passing on" and asking same, useless things. Will you help?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Matt, the box stops responding altogether. We tried changing the batteries in the remote thinking that was the issue but it made no difference. The other night it started making a really loud noise as well. Had to switch it off at the wall.
