    @SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

    @SkyHelpTeam We did run a line test at the time and it did not help us. Do you want us to request you send out an engineer in the middle of the night? How else would you like us to correct the issue? This has already happened on a few occasions.

    Interesting call with @SkyUK - called to ask if they have any deals for broadband for my renewal to match what I've found online. Told no so will be switching to Now - It's NEVER happened to me that a service provider has chosen to lose a customer instead of doing a deal!

    @scog27 It was split to aid market competition so that not one supplier (Sky) had a monopoly. I’d rather pay one monthly subscription for SkySports than what we have now. **** all consideration for the consumer.
