@SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

@SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

I have cancelled my Sky TV subscription. My wife phoned yesterday and the customer service rep was very rude and condescending. Kept her on the phone for 45 minutes, at least half of that while he went to allegedly find a better deal for us. @SkyUK
