@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but your customer service is terrible. Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? You charge people enough for your services.

@SkyHelpTeam my internet is still intermittently not working right. I waited on hold for 45 min this week, when I finally got through I got cut off after 5 min and the lady never even called me back! Your customer service is very poor. 😡

Dear Sky TV, *please* give me an option to put BBC One HD on channel 101 and Channel 4 HD on 104 on SkyQ. It's ludicrous how they're buried down in the channel list at the moment. I'm quite happy to lose my local BBC One region if that's what it takes. @skytv @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

@SkySports Watching the video I could imagine the disappointment and discouragement that the players felt during. The fans that the players always wanted as a strong arm, a help to them disregarded and disgraced them right in front of the opposition.
