    Good investment, this @SkySports package. 3 channels all showing the exact same shit for nearly 4 hours. And none of it is CL football, just losers chatting in a studio interrupted, by tons of adverts. What a waste of money.

    @SkyHelpTeam HI there my issue was fixed but it's very unusual that sky don't have a default sim pin which means the user has to block the sim enter the puk code then enter a new sim pin. Ur web site also gives out the default sim pin on sky mobile Sims which is a security risk

    @rebeccadlloyd @SkyHelpTeam I got through! Apparently it is an BT exchange in the area that is a problem and not an individual issue. Also that they are working on finding the problem, have been asked to allow 48hours for them to resolve the issue. 😳😡

    @SkyUK so the latest appointment for customer services and an appointment to “swap a mini box” is a whole month...I pay OVER £120 a month and have done for a decade and this is the BEST sky can do....seriously this is pathetic

    @SkyHelpTeam It's been resolved. I had been without internet for the entire evening last night re Norbury. But there are often outages with the broadband so nothing new. When theres another problem I'll be in touch.

    @SkyHelpTeam My Wife Kathryn called earlier this morning. The engineer explained that the issue is your super computer that controls the line keeps severing the connection and resetting it because it thinks there is too much traffic on the line.

    @SkyHelpTeam Unfortunately everyone I’ve spoken to has told me something completely different so idk where to start! I managed to speak to someone called Tia who was amazing & started the complaint process but after speaking to her manager, £30 compensation was the most they could give back!
