    I was (and kinda still am) fully on board with the @primevideosport thing they’ve got going on however I’ve now discovered the downside... unfortunately the @SkyUK WiFi connection speeds/strength in my area are so atrociously bad that they make it so jittery it’s barely watchable

    @SkyHelpTeam why is it so difficult to access your unreliable app? I had tried on my Xbox, laptop and mobile with the same error device - do not tell me to delete and reinstall the app as I've done this multiple times. Terrible service as usual from sky.

    @arseblog Ref awful again, SkySports commentary horrendous (no discussion on Rice’s handball), BUT Arteta’s subs were just wrong, why did Jesus not change position to go upfront when struggling, why didn’t he take the penalty, why was he taken off, why did Trossard take on that position?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, no this was when I wasn’t logged in and this is where the problem appears to be. I did put in my address though and these speeds were available and at the offer price of £23pm so unsure as to why I can’t actually get that deal?

    @SkyHelpTeam @Hooty1981 William may I ask why is the only way to check program info or look what's on another channel by pressing up on stick or cursor only? Why does the bar not appear when I press down and when will they be adding a rewind and record function? Or was this just to catch people out?
