    @SkyHelpTeam Frustrating to have phoned twice in past week to be told internet drop outs were result of poorly placed router (same place as it has always been)/Christmas tree placement (nowhere near router)/other devices interfering (see aforementioned). Clearly a Sky issue this week.

    @JellyNation1 @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have never had issue either until past two weeks. It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is there an admin fee? Contract is finished by you! If you can give me that rate anyway why does it have to come under as a discount? Pay £10 upfront to save £5 a month Why? I can understand if adding channels/service or new installations. But I'm getting same thing or less!

    @SkyHelpTeam Before lockdown u screwed me over and I had to cancel a package. During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, that's not what I've been told (by your rep). I've been told that Sky measure to the master socket not the hub. Test is on new fast laptop wired to hub. Have also tested with 2nd laptop by ind. engineer using incomming cable i.e. outside house before mast socket. Still poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I reported a fault yesterday morning and a last minute engineer visit was available for the afternoon. 3 hours later the fault was repaired (LNB replaced). I’ve had poor service in the past but on this occasion it was outstanding. Well done!
