Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.
