Surly making your customers wait over 20 min as a minimum each time they need to speak to someone is not right! Why can’t you invest in more staff to cut wait times? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area!
