@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@SkyHelpTeam this is a joke, 1 or 2 hours is acceptable. 5 or 6 hours is not. When alot of people are working from home this now puts added pressure on people to make their time up or in some cases having to take this as annual holiday because of your problem,

@SkySports The fact you cram ads down your customers throats means this should be either a few quid a month or free. The only way its worth this much is if there's no ads. Then it's make sense as you'd need a revenue stream. Sky are just scammers. Just use IPTV and stop paying these tits.
