@virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

@SkyHelpTeam Appreciate difficulties. Would be nice to get update even if update is there's no update. ETA at fix would be better but, if there's no ETA, knowing you're working on a fix would give reassurance to those supposed to be working from home but currently unable to do anything. 😓

@sam61892307 @SkyUK In fairness to Sky, it's not their problem. It's been clear in their contracts that the dish becomes the property of the person who had it installed. If you have a problem, it's with the former owner... not the TV provider.
