If you can give me that rate anyway why does it have to come under as a discount? Pay £10 upfront to save £5 a month Why? I can understand if adding channels/service or new installations. During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.

It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

One end is the lightening as you’ve had forever and the other is a USB C for fast charging as the old USB A doesn’t support this as its so old. If its really that hard for you to comprehend why don’t you just use your old charger
