    @SkyHelpTeam Why is there an admin fee? Contract is finished by you! If you can give me that rate anyway why does it have to come under as a discount? Pay ยฃ10 upfront to save ยฃ5 a month Why? I can understand if adding channels/service or new installations. But I'm getting same thing or less!

    @tuohy7 @SkyUK 1/2 I have also experienced this, being sold a sky glass tv ๐Ÿ“บ knowing my internet speed wouldnโ€™t be compatible and to top it off also sold me 3 Sky Pucks. We had nothing but trouble from day one. When i spoke to customer service they advised me that on the day of purchase

    @SkyUK internet coming and going. Twice Iโ€™ve rung to be fobbed off with engineer will sort. Was also promised booster voucher to buy from Tesco. Not received complete joke. I want a refund and problem sorted. Iโ€™m paying enough

    @SkyHelpTeam Its my sky Q keeps turning off and freezing. As per my bills, I'm sick of being charged an admin fee every time my contract ends and I have to reduce my bill. Y am I paying extra to cancel channels to afford it. Y am I paying extra for a discount u could give me anyway? #loyalty

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK It's not usually Sky calling but one of their affiliates calling. They call me on a daily basis on different numbers even though it's the same people. They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them

Opening statement โ€œ I want to cancel and do not wish to renew my contractโ€ Ignored me repeating this 1 hour to get to the point where they agreed to cancel after offer after offer.

So my sister phoned up and lied and said she'd gone into a nursing home so they'd cancel it!! They prey on the vulnerable elderly who they know don't understand these things!!

    @jammierooroo @lisareality1 @SkyUK I'm going through same with VM , promised over 300 on Internet connection barely reaching 50 but according to them its over 200 and not a problem, I've even explained to them its no good measuring to Dublin where the server is,measure from the property in the North East, useless

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK My mum gave me permission to speak to them & it took around 2 weeks to resolve. They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum recโ€™d compensation as a goodwill gesture.
