Seen add on tv to get sky tv even as a existing customer, as I am. Called @SkyUK and spoke with Stuart, most unhelpful agent ever. No conversation couldn’t offer me nothing The call was flat. Great way to keep and treat their existing customers! #badcustomerservice

So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had Sky TV for one week. We had a download fail message right in the middle of Gangs of London Season 2 😩. Switched to iPad. Then it’s happened again on Mare of Easttown 😩😩. Not impressed. When will this be fixed please? Thank you.
