    Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, switched from skyQ to sky glass a couple of months ago &love it. Just a couple of issues, recently when I try to watch stuff on ITV Hub nothing loads and some of the programmes on prime the colour is awful. Please help TIA

    @claudelittner @SkyUK Yep I hear you. Been with them 22 years. Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. Doesn't even work properly all the time but they know best of a bad bunch round here!

    @SkyHelpTeam hey! Are there any known issues in the ME1 Rochester, Kent area? Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores it’s only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm in a contract that started only recently and now my subscription is going up by £5 a month. If i cancel sky altogether i would have to pay exit fees so how can you justify price increases mid contract?? I'll be calling to cancel. Disgraceful.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK switch to fibre yday, 4techs 1engineer says they cant fix til Mon No prob I can deal with polite ppl. Phone skymob for data &flat out refuse to help 5years customer fibre & 2mobile devises and Sabrina the manager from service team refusing to even speak to me

    @SkyHelpTeam my sky q hub router has an orange light under internet and I’ve tried everything including resetting the router and reconnecting the power and nothing seems to work. I’m in Coventry and there seemed to be an issue earlier in the day but mine isn’t fixed. Any help?
