    @SkyHelpTeam My old Sky Q remote stopped responding, so you sent me a new one. I can’t get the new one to work. The ? button makes the red light come on, but that is it and reset etc hasn’t worked. How do I fix this please?

    @raytomany @SkySports I'm trying to work out how you mocked this up! Last time this happened it was Kevin Nolan. The nutcase owner made him manager so he'd play for us. I think he didn't play himself to start with and when he did he was terrible! He didn't last long!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi my sky hub been playing up for a few days now so I just run a test and it told me there’s a problem and to ring number. When I ring number tells I have to be alligible but I’m not so not sure what to do

    @SkyUK you are the worst internet providers i live in Bexleyheath. the box never works the internet constantly not working and you charge nearly 150 a month for what you dont answer or are helpful in your call helpline your a joke of a service furious cant even get work done

    @SkyHelpTeam i got a new sky tv service in December as part of your refer a friend promotion. The person who referred me received his reward I think in February but no sign of mine. I understand you are only answering emergencies during covid times, but how long should I wait???

    @talkSPORT The Saturday 3pm kickoffs would cause a problem…. Need to fix that before anything like a Netflix for EPL is thought about. Plus @SkySports & @btsport wouldn’t be too happy to give up there rights to broadcast exclusively.

    @mummabear99 @SkyHelpTeam Still no broadband in NN3, Have followed the line test steps and have spoken to the BB team who couldn't suggest anything other than what I've already done,its obviously not an individual issue seeing as half of yesterday's tweets on here were from people in Northampton.
