@SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

@BBCWatchdog #TreatLoyaltyLikeRoyalty @SkyUK The longer you're with them the more they treat you like something on the bottom of their shoe. They also charge admin fees for everything and was once told these fees pay staff wages when I complained.

Did you know @SkyUK is really petty. You cancel your sports and movies they say its 30 days notice.. cool But they cancel the HD part right away. So you can't even watch Sports and Movies in ultra HD for the 30 days.
