Clearly a Sky issue this week.

I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Had 12 months of constant drop in service TV, constantly buffering when watching mini box. 5 different engineers been out.
