Have had frequent line light drop outs for the last 24hrs and when connectivity restores itโs only for around 20 mins at below half speed before dropping out again. All connections and cables checked.

I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Recently dumped it when the main box died completely and Sky refused to just send out a replacement instead told us we would have to wait weeks for an engineer to come out. Left sky after 13 years.
