Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.

I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.
