    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to Sky on 8March to raise issue with overpayment on my direct debit. Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I was paying £47 a month for broadband and TV, then it went up to £54. I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, switched from skyQ to sky glass a couple of months ago &love it. Just a couple of issues, recently when I try to watch stuff on ITV Hub nothing loads and some of the programmes on prime the colour is awful. Please help TIA

    @saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

    @SkyUK hi I signed up for a broadband TV package last week the next day it was cancelled by you then I called the number you gave and they couldn't help so far it's been set up and cancelled FOUR TIMES. how do I get this resolved it's taken 3hrs of my time.

    If @SkyUK @comcast were smart they would bring me in to run its entertainment sector all, or a part of it. There is no one else in country or TV who can make success of anything even with outside investment. I would easily boost+crush lacking "competition". ITV the worst channel.
