@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to Sky on 8March to raise issue with overpayment on my direct debit. Caller said her manager would look into it and call me back on 10March yet no call and now on 11March get email saying my complaint has been closed. What?!?! No email address to respond to?!

When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@MTCgb @SkySports but they do want it. the issue is that for f1 to be able to race in Australia they would have to go 3 weeks earlier than usual due to a 2-week self-isolation you have to do. However, that wouldn't be possible as that 3 weeks would eat into pre-season testing time
