@SkyUK broadband has been really terrible. It's off more than it's on. Due to not being all the time we are not entitled to compensation. We are unable to check on the young one using the wifi camera and not been able to work from home. It's just becoming an absolute farce!!!

@SkyHelpTeam But that is not happening. If I login to my Sky account, my correct email is listed, all options are set ON, and yet I do not receive the promotional emails. My wife receives the promotional materials to her email address, addressed as "Hello Ian". She is not called Ian.
