It is the not being believed when you call to say it isn’t working that is frustrating. I am not an internet expert but I know it not my Christmas tree causing speed to drop so dramatically!

Safe to say I’m not happy and think your service is a shambles really for what people pay in this current climate.

Recently dumped it when the main box died completely and Sky refused to just send out a replacement instead told us we would have to wait weeks for an engineer to come out. Left sky after 13 years.
