    @SkyUK you are the worst internet providers i live in Bexleyheath. the box never works the internet constantly not working and you charge nearly 150 a month for what you dont answer or are helpful in your call helpline your a joke of a service furious cant even get work done

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi my sky hub been playing up for a few days now so I just run a test and it told me there’s a problem and to ring number. When I ring number tells I have to be alligible but I’m not so not sure what to do

    @SkyUK really need to work out what VIP stands for in there so called Sky VIP area. I really don’t feel like a 13 year old customer that’s for sure. Terrible service. @SkyHelpTeam

    @raytomany @SkySports I'm trying to work out how you mocked this up! Last time this happened it was Kevin Nolan. The nutcase owner made him manager so he'd play for us. I think he didn't play himself to start with and when he did he was terrible! He didn't last long!

    @SkyHelpTeam i got a new sky tv service in December as part of your refer a friend promotion. The person who referred me received his reward I think in February but no sign of mine. I understand you are only answering emergencies during covid times, but how long should I wait???

    @liamtjones1991 @rnattF @SkySportsPL @SkySports Codswallop! If Warwick Davis had been in goal he still would have towered 3 feet over the bloke on the floor. The keeper had a perfectly clear view, it's just another case of the VAR technology being let down by the idiot joy in charge of it.

    @SkySports Stupid rule to have the handball rule different for the attacking team and the defending team but with that rule it is a handball, how VAR missed that mad

    @SkyHelpTeam My old Sky Q remote stopped responding, so you sent me a new one. I can’t get the new one to work. The ? button makes the red light come on, but that is it and reset etc hasn’t worked. How do I fix this please?

    Sort it out please @SkyUK No wifi since last Friday, meant to be upgraded to Superfast as WFH. No courtesy calls, keep having to chase. Absolutely unacceptable service. Today first time we had a call back from complaints dept. Engineer investigating tom they say..#BelieveInBetter

    @SkyHelpTeam The telephone number doesn’t connect to a person, it’s a recording telling me to check my connection. I need Sky to contact OpenReach so an engineer can fix this

    @SkySports Services to sport? Literally doing work he is already being paid for.... WTF is wrong with this system? Reward people for doing something they're not being paid to do, or for extraordinary feats, not just rewarding rich people for taking time to make money by helping others.

    @OneScouse @SkyUK I phoned and cancelled my Sky Broadband for the same reason. They then came back to me and were magically able to offer me the new customer offer of £23 per month. When you cancel there is still a cooling off period so worth doing it....they always come back with a better deal.
