Recently dumped it when the main box died completely and Sky refused to just send out a replacement instead told us we would have to wait weeks for an engineer to come out. Left sky after 13 years.

You even had the audacity to ask if he wanted to be put though to the cancellations dept. this is not good enough when he is such a long standing customer I'm afraid.
