@SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband is doing my head in! 3 or 4 times a day it’s disconnecting & reconnecting!! Most days midnight it just disappears! Checked & not in planned outages area yet last planned outage it turned off for 1.5hrs at 1am! Very frustrating when paid extra for boost
