If you can give me that rate anyway why does it have to come under as a discount? Pay ยฃ10 upfront to save ยฃ5 a month Why? I can understand if adding channels/service or new installations. So my sister phoned up and lied and said she'd gone into a nursing home so they'd cancel it!! They prey on the vulnerable elderly who they know don't understand these things!!

They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum recโd compensation as a goodwill gesture.
