    @SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

    @SkyHelpTeam help needed, I'm having constant AV sync issues with new sky uhd box. I've tried everything, box settings,TV settings, soundbar settings. Old box was fine. I'm experiencing frequent micro audio drop outs too, even when playing on TV speakers.

    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    So I pay monthly for @SkySports to watch football. But you've decided to thats not good enough and elevated #ARSLEI to "Box Office" and £15 absolute liberty. Using the pandemic for slow creep towards pay per view. You can stick it.

    @SkyHelpTeam I waited in all day yesterday for an engineer to come and install my sky TV between 8-5pm and they did not bother to show up. And no one contacted us to notify us. Absolutely disgraceful service.

    Hi @SkyUK. My original offers have now ended and I’m paying about £40 per month more than I would be if I was a new customer. I’d like to resolve this but no phone number I can find works, and it doesn’t appear to be easily done online. Can I actually speak to someone?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done so many times over the last 3 days. There are people experiencing the same for weeks. All told the same. If you are responding on behalf of sky, it would be wise to inform yourself of big issues that you will need to handle, rather than give this answer each time.

    @SkyHelpTeam yes claire i understand its working now. That message is from this morning when the network goes down i go to the mysky app which doesn’t work as it says sky have a issue. The screen shot is of the my sky app which displays this message every time the network drops

    @Raking5 @SkySports @EFL I presume that this related to the fee owed to Arsenal for Bielik. Arsenal agreed to defer that to help us out, so the TV monies should go to us to enable us to carry on trading rather than the EFL making us pay a debt which we do not yet owe?

    @SkyHelpTeam Let me explain My mobile uses the same wi-fi (is perfect) TV (is perfect) I have 2 laptops, side-by-side, both use the same Sky wi-fi. Laptop A is my work DNS Server settings (never disconnects) Laptop B is Sky DNS Server settings (disconnects all day long) Its Sky DNS Servers?
